Very nice property, amazing amenities, location is very central to most of Streator which makes traveling to events smooth. Property is very well maintained, host is very effective with communication. All in all the next time I come back to Streator I will be staying here.

Starry Night Cottage was the perfect choice for my stay with my family and dogs. It was so welcoming and had everything you could possibly need for you and your pets to feel right at home, including food dishes for your pets! It’s was clean and the communication with Kimberly was fast and easy. They were currently working on the landscaping outside of the home and fencing in the yard, which will for sure be a huge bonus for your pets! The patio out back was great and the location of the home was stupendous and made it easy to get everywhere! I will definitely be staying at Starry Night Cottage again! Bravo!

My journey into hosting began the same way many great stories do: as a first-time homeowner and landlord in 2015. Since then, I’ve learned firsthand what makes a place feel like home — comfort, clear communication, thoughtful details, and knowing someone genuinely has your back.

I live in a historic 1909 Greystone with my dog, Kali, and my cat, Aslan, so I understand how important it is to have a space that’s welcoming, well cared for, and pet-friendly. Whether you’re visiting for rest, adventure, or a little of both, my goal is to provide a clean, cozy, and stress-free stay where you can truly relax.

I’m very detail-oriented and responsive, and I believe great hosting means being available, transparent, and proactive. If you have a question, need a recommendation, or something unexpected comes up, I’m always happy to help — and if I don’t have an answer right away, I’ll find it.
