This vacation home has 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms with 4 King Beds plus 2 twin bunk beds, 1 trundle twin bed, and 2 sleepers sofas. Enjoy the complementary seasonal Tram ride to the Seacrest Beach. Armbands provide for each guest to ride the Tram to the deeded access of Seacrest Beach. Enjoy the Treetop community pool!!



The Space:

Lotus by the Sea features beautiful porches, a spacious living and dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. The first floor offers a private king bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The second floor includes a luxurious master suite with a soaking tub, a second living area with a sleeper sofa, and a convenient laundry room. The third floor features two additional king bedrooms with private bathrooms, plus a bunk area with two bunk beds and a trundle, providing a total of five twin beds.

This home is thoughtfully stocked for your comfort and convenience. We provide all linens and beach towels for your stay. Each bathroom has travel-size soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion, plus a starter supply of toilet paper. The kitchen is ready with a starter supply of dishwasher pods, laundry pods, trash bags, and coffee, so you can relax and enjoy your stay from the moment you arrive.

Guest Access:

Seasonal Tram to Seacrest Beach - All Guests enjoy convenient transportation to the Seacrest Beach area. This home includes deeded beach access, and complimentary wristbands are provided for each guest at check-in. The beach access point is approximately half a mile from the home.



Seasonal tram service operates daily from 9:00am to 5:30pm, March 1 through October 31.



Guests also enjoy access to the Treetop community pool, located within easy walking distance of the home. The pool area features outdoor lounge chairs and restroom facilities for added convenience.

The home is located in the Treetop Community, offering convenient access to both Highway 98 and Scenic Highway 30A. The home is close to grocery stores, pharmacies, shopping, dining, and local attractions, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer.
