It’s About Time you treated your family to the vacation of their dreams! And we have the perfect house for you!

‘It’s About Time’ is a five-bedroom, five-bathroom masterpiece that comfortably sleeps 14 people. This three-story resort-styled house features six porches, including an amazing deck that overlooks the neighboring green space. This picturesque park also has corn hole and picnic tables for a quick getaway. Across from the house is the sparkling 12,000 sq ft Lagoon Pool, which features waterfalls, a splash zone, a poolside cafe with a picnic area, and ample loungers & umbrellas for sunbathing. Talk about paradise!

A 2-minute walk through this highly desirable neighborhood lands you back at your private paradise for the week, “It’s About Time”. You are greeted by beautiful landscaping and a charming, covered wraparound porch as you enter the first of three floors. The ground floor is made for entertaining. A stunning, modern kitchen with gorgeous quartz countertops and a long breakfast bar opens up to a large dining area and living space with an oversized sectional, a separate seating area, and a big flat-screen TV. You can easily fit your huge group in this one area for unforgettable quality family time. The first floor also has a bedroom with a nice queen bed with a bathroom that connects to the bedroom and hall.

Away from the action, the second floor features two master suite bedrooms with king beds, including the impressive master bedroom suite with a flat-screen TV and a large bathroom with a gorgeous glass shower with double vanities. The second bedroom on this floor has a king bed plus a set of twin-over-twin bunks. There is a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Each bedroom on the second floor has its own private balcony! Enjoy a cup of coffee or your favorite drink on the balcony overlooking the beautiful courtyard, that includes corn hole and bocce ball courts.

To the top level we go, and we find a great loft area with a comfortable couch and wet bar with a mini fridge and sink. The loft opens up to the expansive 3rd-floor balcony with ample lounging room and breathtaking views. The spacious 3rd-floor bedroom features a queen bed and four built-in bunks with a TV and a private bathroom and another private patio. The 3rd floor makes for a perfect kid’s retreat.

And don't forget about the separate Carriage House! Great for a couple or teens wanting their own space. The carriage house offers a king bedroom, a living room open to the kitchenette, and its own private bathroom!

The Carriage House is connected to the main house by an enormous and luxurious back patio with loads of seating and a grill.

Located in the exclusive Seacrest Beach, you will find yourself a short walk to all the best shopping, dining, and entertaining that 30A has to offer. Peddlers Pavilion is next door with gourmet dining options and live music, and you are a short bike ride to Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach.

A seasonal complimentary tram takes you to the beach access, which is also just a relaxing five-minute walk. The house comes with five adult bikes and 4 backpack beach chairs.
