Located just a short 11-minute walk or 4-minute bike ride to the beach and a 5-minute walk to the stunning Seacrest Lagoon Pool, this property is the perfect base for your Florida escape. The home is also only a 4-minute drive from Rosemary Beach, ensuring convenient access to local shops, dining, and activities.

From the moment you arrive, you'll feel the welcoming vibe of the Seacrest community. The pedestrian-friendly sidewalks and complimentary tram service make it easy to explore the area, whether by foot, bike, or a quick ride to the beach. The highlight of the community is the expansive 12,000-square-foot pool, perfect for cooling off and relaxing.

FantaSea is a thoughtfully designed Florida cottage that blends comfort and style. The wraparound balcony with natural wood ceilings sets the tone for a serene stay. A playful tin bucket by the entrance welcomes your flip-flops as you enter the home using a keyless entry system.

On the first floor, you'll find an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area, ideal for gathering with family and friends. The kitchen features beautiful white quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything you need to prepare meals. A grill on the adjacent balcony expands your culinary options. The dining table and breakfast bar together provide seating for 14, and the cozy living room with a 50” flat-screen TV invites you to unwind. This level also includes a king master suite with an ensuite bathroom, comfortable bedding, a reach-in closet, and a 48” flat-screen TV.

Upstairs, the second floor offers additional sleeping arrangements, including another king master suite with a private balcony and ensuite bathroom. A second suite combines a king bed with twin-over-twin bunk beds and its own private balcony. Kids will love their dedicated bunk room, featuring two twin-over-twin bunk beds, a standalone twin bed, and a pull-out twin trundle. This fun space also includes a walk-in closet and a 32” TV with channels like Disney and Nickelodeon. There is also a queen guest suite with cozy bedding, a 32” TV, and a reach-in closet. A central bathroom and laundry facilities complete the upper level. - Max one pet under 35 pounds
-$150 non-refundable Pet Fee and $500 Refundable Pet Deposit Required. Please contact our office after booking to add your pet to your reservation.
-Guests will be required to be present at the property for any maintenance issues if you are unable to crate or contain your pet.
-Walton County does not allow pets on the beach without a permit. In order to obtain a permit, you must be a Walton County resident.
