The fully fenced property gives kids and dogs plenty of room to roam while you enjoy the peace and privacy of your own desert oasis.

Guest access
You’ll have access to and use of the entire 5 acres and all the structures within the fenced tree-hedged experience. Access to the property is through one of two gates secured with a passcode lock.

AGREEMENT. By booking, you agree on behalf of yourself, your family, and any and all guests and invitees (collectively "you" or "your") that: you will abide by all House Rules; the property owner and its members, principals, agents, officers, employees, and representatives (collectively "Releasees") are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, loss, or illness that may occur during your stay; you hereby release, hold harmless, and will indemnify and defend the Releasees from and against any and all claims that may arise from or are related to your stay; and you will sign and abide by a rental agreement, which will be provided to you before the beginning of your stay.
