The condo is typically very quiet and peaceful, though you may occasionally hear city sounds or building maintenance since Waikiki is a lively urban area and condos may go through maintenance projects throughout the year. We appreciate your understanding and will do our best to share any building updates.

House Rules & Policies:

No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside or near the property. A $1,000 fine applies for violations, and citations from building management may be escalated to Airbnb.

Guest Registration: All adult guests must provide a full name and valid photo ID (face only, clear, white background) before arrival. Check-in details will be shared once registration is complete. Access may be denied for noncompliance.

Building Maintenance: Water or power interruptions may occur occasionally due to building operations, which are beyond the host’s control.

Noise: Some occasional noise from the city or building activity is possible.

Cancellations & Changes:
We follow Airbnb’s Strict cancellation policy. Once a reservation is confirmed, date changes cannot be accommodated. Please review your plans carefully before booking and consider travel insurance for extra peace of mind.
