Parking Info:
Parking is available at the hotel for an additional $40 per day (rate may vary), subject to availability. Payment is made directly to the hotel, and parking is offered on a first-come, first-served basis—reservations are not possible. For alternative parking options, there are several garages nearby, including the Waikiki Banyan Parking Garage, Waikiki Trade Center Parking Garage, and Waikiki Galleria Parking Garage. Availability and pricing may vary, so we recommend checking online or calling ahead for the latest information.

Check Out Cleaning:
The cleaning fee includes professional cleaning with sanitization of the unit; professional laundry of linens and towels and restocking of amenities after each departure.
There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding.

Linens and towels:
We provide one set of towels (bath towel, hand towel, beach towel) per guest. Beds are equipped with a fitted sheet, two flat sheets and a blanket. Linens for the sleeper sofa are on the sofa mattress, pillows and blanket are in the closet.

Waikiki is a vibrant and lively city, offering an exciting atmosphere just steps from world-class beaches, shopping, and dining. As with any bustling destination, you may occasionally hear the sounds of busy streets and city life.

For added comfort, noise-canceling earplugs can help ensure a restful stay. If you have online meetings or need a quieter environment, noise-canceling headphones can also be useful.

AS Elevator Upgrade Notice:

AOAO Aloha Surf will be replacing both elevators with new Mitsubishi models starting October 6, 2025, for approximately 6 months. One elevator will be upgraded at a time, with the other remaining in service for guest use. This is a building-initiated project, and we appreciate your understanding as management works to minimize any inconvenience.
