The space
This modern, newly built house offers a private entrance and is thoughtfully designed with the latest appliances, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, electric cooktop, microwave, washing machine, and dryer. The comfortable home is perfect for those seeking peace and tranquility, with a small private yard that has an outdoor table for brunch or relaxation. A small office provides a quiet space for work.

Located just 7 blocks from the freeway, this home is conveniently close to amenities such as a library, cafe, and market, all within 3 blocks. For nature lovers, the famous Descanso Gardens and a large flower garden are nearby. Additionally, a charming shopping street, complete with a renowned bakery and ice cream shop, is only a 5-minute drive away. If you want a place to unwind, stay home, and enjoy a comfortable life, this is the perfect spot.

Other things to note
We kindly ask that you remove your shoes upon entering the house for cleanliness reasons. Please note that if additional guests not listed in the reservation are present, an additional fee of $150 per person, per day will apply. Pets are not permitted, and smoking (including cigarettes and other substances) is strictly prohibited. A fine of $1,000 will be charged for any violations of these policies. Additionally, if any furniture or other items are damaged, you will be responsible for covering the cost of repair or replacement at current market prices.
Guests who bring and use personal home appliances beyond those provided by VRBO will incur an additional fee of $300 or more.

To maintain a fresh and pleasant environment for the next guest, we kindly ask that you avoid cooking strongly scented foods or grilling fish and meat inside the house.
Appliances beyond those provided by VRBO will incur an additional fee of $300 or more.
In an effort to conserve power and avoid outages
in Los Angeles County, please TURN OFF the A/C
Jnit and lights etc whenever you leave the guest
suite, even if it's just for a short time.

Check in was a breeze, the home was clean and perfect. Great shower, loved the fridge and all the ice cubes. Bed and linens were top notch as were the towels. Loved my stay!! Quiet and great location. Would stay here again.

This little house is very quiet which is nice because it is in a quiet neighborhood and in the very back of a deep yard behind the owner's house. There is another almost identical house next to the one we stayed in but separated by a big patio and there were no issues with this. The inside of our place was very modern and clean with newer looking stove, dishwasher and washer and dryer. The kitchen is small and could be better stocked with cooking tools but the owner was very responsive and told us to ask him for anything we needed. No complaints and we would stay there again. We have family that live in that community so it was very convenient for us.
