Located in Eastham, this charming house offers a peaceful retreat for guests. Keep it simple at this peaceful & newly renovated, centrally-located home in a quiet neighborhood on the ocean side. Inside, you’ll find two cozy bedrooms featuring a queen, a full, and a twin bed, perfect for a small group or family. The bathroom includes a relaxing bathtub to unwind after a day of exploring. An additional office space with a comfortable sofa bed provides extra sleeping options or a spot to work. With heating and AC, comfort is guaranteed year-round. During June, July & August only we require Saturday check-in and out and a 7 night stay. All other months require a 3 night stay but we are flexible!

Sheets and Bath Towels are NOT included in the booking. Please request sheets for each bed or bath towels at the time of booking for an additional fee if needed. Guests will be expected to bring their own if not requested.

Our home is on a septic system - no sand, flushable wipes, feminine products allowed in drains or toilets as it will cause a back up. ONLY toilet paper should be flushed in toilet. An outdoor shower will be installed for Summer 2026.
