Nestled near the iconic Cape Cod National Seashore, this charming, stylish cape offers a private retreat in one of Easthamâs most desirable areas. Set on a large open lot with a partially fenced yard, the property provides plenty of space to relax, play, and soak in the coastal air.
Located just 7 min walk to Salt Pond Visitor Center and with 5 minute bike ride to the Cape Cod Rail Trail, it's the perfect spot for guests looking to bike, kayak, or explore the natural beauty of the Outer Cape. Enjoy being close to the famous Nauset Lighthouse (5 minute drive) and Coast Guard beaches (14 minute bike ride via Nausset trail head, 5 minute drive) , scenic walking trails, and the vibrant Eastham community. Forgot bikes...We are in walking distance to bike rentals.
After a day of sun and adventure, rinse off in the outdoor shower, or unwind in the spacious yardâcomplete with horseshoe pits, corn hole, tiki ring toss game as well as a fire pit to cozy top to after a long day of swimming and exploring. Erik and I have been coming to the Outer Cape for over two decadesâfirst on our own, and later with our children. The Cape has always been our place to reset and reconnect. We currently live on the South Shore of Massachusetts after moving from Oregon ten years ago, which brings us such joy to be closer to the Cape.
We love the outdoorsâbiking, hiking, and bodyboardingâand Eastham has always felt like the perfect fit, with its natural beauty, scenic bike trails, and stunning bay and ocean beaches. Over the years, it became more than just a place we visited; it became a place we truly loved.
Now, we find just as much joy in being on the other side of the vacationâas hosts. Itâs our way of sharing this hidden gem of a town and helping guests experience everything that makes Eastham so special. We take great care in making sure each stay is seamless, comfortable, and memorable.

We also love how conveniently located the home is to other favorite Cape destinations. Nearby Wellfleet is known for its outstanding restaurants and vibrant art galleries, while Provincetown offers an energetic, creative atmosphere thatâs a must-visit for anyone coming to the Cape. Orleans is just a short drive away as well, with fantastic dining, charming beachy shops, and access to Nauset Beachâanother iconic Cape Cod destination.
And of course, no stay would be complete without a visit to the famous Arnoldâs Lobster & Clam Bar, just a five-minute bike ride from the house.
