The Neighborhood:
Located in Marina del Rey, just steps from the marina and yacht harbor. The harbor is about a 5 minute walk, and the beach is approximately 15â20 minutes on foot. The area is surrounded by everyday conveniences including grocery stores like Ralphs, as well as many restaurants, cafes, sushi spots and casual dining options nearby. This is a well-developed coastal neighborhood with easy access to shops, food and outdoor spaces.
Getting Around:
A car is strongly recommended, as this is Los Angeles and most guests get around by driving. One parking space is included in the buildingâs secure underground garage. The apartment is quiet inside, as the windows do not face Lincoln Blvd. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are widely available. Venice Beach and Santa Monica are best reached by car, and LAX is a short drive away depending on traffic.
Other Things to Note:
Absolutely no parties and smoking are permitted on our premises. To ensure compliance, we have implemented extensive security measures including outdoor cameras, video doorbells, as well as noise, smoke, and party crowd event detectors within each property. Any violation of these rules, resulting in the activation of any detector, will lead to immediate eviction without the option of a refund. We extend courtesy and respect to all our guests and expect the same in return for our properties.
Charges and penalties:
1. Early check-in(1 pm)â 50$ (after the request is approved - not guaranteed).
Late check-out - 25$ each 30min. after 11 am.
2. We are a residential, not commercial building. Doing commercial business - 300$ fine and immediate cancelation without any refund.
4. No parties allowed. Fine 1000$ and immediate cancellation without any refund.
5. Smoking is not allowed. Fine 1000$ for smoking inside the apartment.
6. Pets are not allowed. Penalty 1500$.
Interaction with Guests:
We are available 24/7 to assist you through messages. Please contact us directly with any questions or requests. We have an agreement with the leasing office that all guest assistance must be handled by us.
Any requests made through the leasing office will result in an additional $300 charge from their side.
