Inside, the home features three beautifully appointed bedrooms and comfortably sleeps up to nine guests. The lower level includes a set of bunk beds, which we consider a fourth sleeping area, offering additional flexibility for families or groups. The main living area is centered around a stunning fireplace, creating a cozy space to gather after a day of exploring the White Mountains. Large windows throughout the home frame the incredible scenery, bringing the outdoors in during every season.

The fully equipped kitchen is thoughtfully designed for everything from quick breakfasts to full family dinners, complete with quality finishes and all the essentials you need. Our rules are pretty simple. Treat our home as if it was yours.
- Guest making the reservation must be over 25. All guests must be over 25 if not part of a family. This is non negotiable. Please do not book if everyone in your group is not 25+ years old.
- No smoking in the house
- The number of guests requested on the booking is the max amount allowed to spend the night.
- A rental agreement may be provided with more specific rules and information.
- Quiet time is from 9pm-8am (inside and outside of the house)
- NO loud music or noise will be tolerated
- Respect the neighbors
