After a day on the water, soak your cares away in the hot tub (seats 5) or enjoy a session in the barrel sauna (fits 6). Lounge outdoors on the premium outdoor sofa and chairs with plush cushions, unwind in the double hammock overlooking the water and trees, or gather around the firepit with seating for 8 under the stars. Free firewood is supplied for the indoor wood stove and outdoor fire pit.

** Fully Stocked Kitchen **

Enjoy a perfect cup of coffee with a high-end Moccamaster drip coffee machine and an automatic Kitchenaid burr grinder. Prepare meals for your group in our fully stocked kitchen: range (electric stove and oven), microwave, refrigerator, pots, pans, cooking utensils, serving utensils, dishware for 10, grilling utensils. Grill out with a Weber propane grill on the deck.

** Snowmobile Trips **

Our driveway has ample parking for trailers, and there are two trail access points nearby — one at the Pitlik and Wik resort, and another off Highway H. Check with the local snowmobile clubs for current grooming and trail conditions.

** Lake Life Made Easy **

Lakefront access with a private pier for docking a boat, plus a nearby public boat launch on Highway D with direct access to the Sugar Camp Chain of Lakes. Explore the water with 2 stand-up paddleboards and 2 sit-in kayaks. (Pier is installed and water toys available around May – November, weather permitting.)

** A Nostalgic Bonus (and Kid Paradise!) **

Step back in time with a Nintendo 64, a VCR and a collection of classic VHS tapes, and a tube TV—yes, you can hear the static! Families will love the toys and games, plus a hidden nook under the basement stairs that's perfect for kids to play and explore.

** Guest Access **

A code will be provided for the smart lock at the main entrance, personalized to each guest and enabled only during the booking window. The entire 1 acre lot and property is available for the guest, with 101' of frontage located just into the channel off Chain Lake.

Please note: the cabin sits up on a hill, and the walk down to the water is a few hundred feet. About half of it is a steep grade and the rest is close to level — plan on a real climb coming back up.

Minimum age of 25 required to book.

A Note About Dogs: Up to two dogs are welcome with prior approval. Please supervise them at the cabin and crate them when you're out — one large crate is available, just let us know ahead of time so we can have it ready. And please clean up after them outside.
