This house 402 Shore Road is exactly like it’s sister house located right next door at 408 Shore Road! Both were designed by a talented architect and recently completed in June 2025. With the same specifications and furnishings this luxurious and energy-efficient 2400 sq. ft. 3-bedroom 3-bath home is a place for your friends and family to enjoy. You can view the expanse of the Cape Cod Bay and Provincetown Harbor during the day from the first floor living room, while at night you can enjoy this space as a cozy home entertainment center. The large dining room, adjacent to a spacious kitchen with two sinks, is perfect for entertaining and hosting large dinners.

At the center of the house is a foyer with a stunning glass staircase and a double height ceiling. Clerestory windows bring sunlight into the upstairs and downstairs. This elegant staircase takes you up to the second floor, where three beautifully designed bedrooms provide you with warmth and privacy. For your convenience, the washer/dryer is located on the second floor. The master bedroom has a panoramic view of the bay and the Provincetown Monument. Attached to it is a spacious master bathroom with two sinks, a Jacuzzi and large walk-in shower with magnificent white Carrara marble imported from Italy. In fact, all bathrooms are appointed with Carrara marble throughout
the house!

During sunny days, you can lounge on either the elevated deck or on the lower patio, both of which overlook the beach, the bay and a field of beach- grass. Lovely blue flowers and paths of seashells contribute to the natural aesthetic of the grounds.
