⚠️ STRICT NOISE POLICY — ZERO TOLERANCE



Loud music, amplified sound, parties, and excessive noise are STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Amplified noise is considered a violation of City of Fort Lauderdale regulations.



Any noise violation may result in IMMEDIATE TERMINATION of the reservation and removal from the property WITHOUT REFUND.



In addition, the City may issue a Code Compliance fine, which will be charged to the guest responsible for the violation.

These violations can also put the property’s Vacation Rental License at risk of suspension, which is why we enforce this policy with ZERO TOLERANCE.

Please do not play loud music indoors or outdoors. Do not use speakers at a volume that can be heard beyond the property.

THIS PROPERTY IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE.



Parties, events, gatherings, loud music, excessive noise, or any activity that disturbs the residential neighborhood are STRICTLY PROHIBITED.



The City of Fort Lauderdale has strict vacation-rental and noise regulations, and we have zero tolerance for violations. Any guest who violates this rule may be required to immediately vacate the property without refund, subject to the booking platform’s rules and applicable law.



Guests will be fully responsible for any fines, citations, violations, or related charges issued to the property as a result of their actions or violation of these house rules, to the extent permitted by applicable law and the booking platform’s policies.



If you are planning a party, event, or loud gathering, please do not book this property.

Parking: Maximum 6 vehicles allowed. All vehicles must fit within the driveway. No street parking. Violation of this rule may result in termination of the reservation.

⏰ STRICT CHECKOUT POLICY



Because of the size of the property, our housekeeping and maintenance teams arrive at the scheduled checkout time and require the full turnover window.

Any late checkout must be requested and approved in writing at least 24 hours in advance. A request alone does not constitute approval.



For an unauthorized late checkout, I’d structure the fee like this:



* Up to 30 minutes: $250

* 31–60 minutes: $500

* More than 60 minutes: One additional night at the current nightly rate, with a $500 minimum
