This holiday apartment with a balcony is on an organic farm at the heart of Hohe Tauern National Park, to the south of Kitzbühel. It is in a sunny and detached location, surrounded by meadows and forests, so you can relax and really get away from it all. Holiday in an apartment on an organic farm with a panoramic view of nature and the nearby ski resort, ideal for families with children
You step through the external door in the living room onto the south-facing balcony, which affords a fabulous view of the picturesque green nature of the surroundings, with the mountain peaks in the background. Of course you are also welcome in the garden and on the whole site belonging to the organic farm. Garden furniture and a barbecue are provided for sociable grill evenings. Children are allowed to feed the cows in the barn, stroke the little calves or take a look at the goats. There is also a playground on site. You are allowed to bring pets with you. The farm dogs Ronja and Gina, which belong to the owners, are happy to have playmates. As there is no through traffic, the site is safe for your dog.
The new holiday apartment was completed in 2012, with a high-quality and rustic interior featuring natural wood flooring and under-floor heating. It is on the first floor and provides 80m² of living space, comprising three rooms and a bathroom. There are two bedrooms with a double bed and bedside tables with reading lamps on either side.The centrepiece of the apartment is the open living and dining room with an integrated kitchen unit. You can sit on the comfortable corner sofa with a rustic coffee table, to relax after a trip. Entertainment is provided by satellite TV. In front of this lounge oasis there is a dining table next to the kitchen area, which is fully-equipped for convenient self-catering and includes a dishwasher, stove with four rings, oven, fridge and small electric appliances such as a microwave, toaster and kettle. The bathroom has a WC, washbasin and a walk-in glass shower cubicle. Free wireless Internet access is available, so you can be contacted on your mobile devices while you are on holiday, plan details of your holiday or share holiday photos with friends.
The nearest town with shops, restaurants and entertainment awaits your visit 4km away. The cross-country skiing trail is a kilometre from the farm. There is a lake 3km away and a golf course about 7km away. The ski bus stops 2km from the house, taking you to the ski piste 4km away. The nature reserve nearby offers ideal hikes and mountain bike tours in summer. In winter the Kitzbühel ski area is just a few minutes away, with 170 kilometres of pistes and state-of-the-art ski lifts guaranteeing fun.
For a perfect start to the day you can make use of the baker’s bread rolls delivery service, bringing fresh bakery items to the apartment daily.
