Downstairs is open plan incorporating a formal lounge, dining area, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, family lounge, laundry room, games room and the first master bedroom suite. A further 6 bedrooms, including a second master suite, are located upstairs. All bedrooms have TVs, and built-in closets.

The home's private heated pool and hot tub offer hours of fun and the extra large furnished patio area offers plenty of space for your family gathering.

We are 2.0 miles from major restaurants and shopping. The amazing H2O Water park is 5 minutes away. Everything from fast food to major chain restaurants. Stores such as Walmart and Target are nearby for all your last-minute shopping needs.

Located just a few minutes from Disney, Emerald Island Resort is a prestigious gated & guarded community. Surrounded by a conservation area, it encompasses over 300 acres with 11 heavily wooded acres right in the middle of the resort. Guests can utilize the facilities provided within the resort, including the clubhouse sauna, fitness centre, Internet cafe, Tiki-bar, heated resort pool, and hot tub, volleyball, basketball and tennis courts, bicycles, mini golf, nature walk and playgrounds.

Orlando and Kissimmee are expansive areas with a wealth of attractions, making them quite spread out. Due to the size of the region, you will likely want to have a car for convenience, though ride-sharing services like Lyft and Uber are viable alternatives.
The property is conveniently located just a few minutes' drive from major attractions like the Disney parks, as well as essential amenities including grocery stores, pharmacies, and several well-known chain restaurants. For those interested in shopping, amazing deals can be found at the Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets, which are only about a 20-minute drive away.
Everyday conveniences such as supermarkets, gas stations, drugstores, hospitals, and a wide variety of restaurants and live entertainment options are all readily accessible within a 1 to 3 mile radius.

✔️Guest booking the reservation must be 21 years old or older.
✔️Registered guest must be present during the entire stay. No third-party reservations accepted.
✔️Additional guests as well as visitors must be registered in advance, please inform host or property manager.
✔️Please report any damage within the first 24 hours, pictures must be provided so that they can be compared.
✔️Please gather all used towels and sheets in the laundry unit prior to your departure.
✔️We are not responsible for items or personal property left behind. A $50 dollars fee applies to post items left in the premises (posts to USA only). Please make sure to gather all your personal items.
✔️No pets allowed. No Smoking. Violation of these or any of the House Rules constitute grounds for automatic eviction plus forfeit of deposit and all booking/reservation cost if violated.
✔️Guest agrees to pay Host for any damages to the property, grounds, furnishings, household items, pool, or hot tub caused by Guest during its occupancy. This will include payment of any additional cleaning charges for stained carpet, damaged linens, or any damages incurred due to Guest’s occupancy.
✔️TRASH: All trash (including boxes) must be taken out of the property prior to check-out. Please follow the instructions shown on the acrylic display sign at the property. Failure to do so will result in a fine of $1,000 per the HOA.

EXCESS FOOD: If you wish, you can leave any unopened non-perishable food, the cleaners will certainly appreciate it.

The home is equipped with a basic starter pack of necessities such as toilet paper, paper towel, soap, three trash bags and a travel size dish detergent. Should your stay be longer than a couple of days, you may want to make a quick stop at the store to buy a few more of these items.
