Welcome to `Angels Landing` a little piece of paradise. This hidden gem is situated on a hilltop overlooking L.A. & Glendale. This tri-level home has a spacious living room w/fireplace, formal dining room & kitchen w/breakfast area. 2 beds/1 bath downstairs & 1 bed/1 bath upstairs. The chic design boasts seamless indoor/outdoor living. Every space and amenity is thoughtful & designed to give guests a resort-like experience. Air B&B`s Top Amenities Offered: Parking Space, Pool/Spa, Firepit & BBQ.
This is a tastefully updated split-level home with alot of amenities. The living room has an abundance of natural light and city views. The large sectional provides a comfotable place for guests to gather and relax. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, breakfast
The home is located on a cul de sac street in the trendy eagle rock neighborhood. The neighborhood has been described as trendy, eclectic, and cool. What`s nice about this particular location is that you are a quick 10 min drive from both Eagle Rock and Highland Park shops, cafes, and restaurants.
We have 2 Reserved Spots for our guests one in the garage and one directly in front of the garage. Getting around is easy here because it is close to the juncture of the main freeways to get you in and around Los Angeles. There is also a train station you can take throughout L.A.

Guests will be charged if the pool log shows to be heated without approval from hosts.
HOUSE RULES

Only registered guests listed on the reservation may stay overnight.
Maximum occupancy: 2 persons.
Day visitors must be pre-approved.
No unregistered overnight guests.
2. PARTIES/EVENTS/GATHERINGS
No parties, events, commercial activities, or gatherings without written approval.
Excessive noise, DJ equipment, or amplified outdoor sound is prohibited.
Decorations requiring tape, nails, confetti, glitter, or structural alterations are prohibited.
3. NOISE & QUIET HOURS
Quiet hours: 11PM to 8AM.
Outdoor noise must remain respectful at all times.
Local city noise ordinances must be followed.
Repeated noise complaints may result in cancellation without refund.
4. SMOKING POLICY
No smoking/Vaping allowed on the property.
Guests may do so on public property
5. PETS (IF APPLICABLE)
Pets allowed only if disclosed and approved.
Pet stay fee applies: $150
Pets must not be left unattended unless crated.
Guests must clean up all pet waste.
*For the comfort and safety of all guests and neighbors, we kindly ask that pets be well-behaved and not aggressive, destructive, or excessively noisy during the stay.
6. DAMAGES/MISSING ITEMS
Guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.
Stained linens, towels, furniture, or rugs may incur replacement charges if restoration is not possible.

13. MAINTENANCE & REPORTING
Guests must report damage or maintenance issues immediately.
Failure to report issues that worsen may increase liability.
