You'll find two full bathrooms and a convenient half-bath to accommodate your group. A dedicated laundry room with a washer and dryer adds to the ease of your stay. Outside, enjoy the fresh air and sunshine in the outdoor spaces. Please note, the garage is locked and off-limits.

Whether you're here for business or leisure, you'll appreciate the convenient location and welcoming atmosphere of our neighborhood.



Getting Around:

Getting around El Paso is easy from our home! We offer free parking on the premises for your convenience. For those flying in, El Paso International Airport (ELP) is approximately a 20-minute drive away. While public transportation options are available, a car is recommended for exploring the city. Major transit hubs are easily accessible by car, making it simple to reach various attractions and destinations throughout El Paso.



Other Things to Note:

Please take a moment to review these important details to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for a fee of $100, subject to availability. The maximum occupancy is 8 guests, and only registered guests are allowed. Unauthorized guests will incur a fee of $100 per person. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be respectful of our neighbors. Absolutely no parties or events are permitted. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the property and around doors/windows; a $500 cleaning fee applies if smoke odor or residue is detected. Pets are not allowed, and there is a $500 fee for unauthorized pets. Free parking is available on the premises. The garage is locked and off-limits. Before you leave, please place all used towels on the washer, put used dishes in the sink, take out the trash to the outdoor bins, turn off lights and appliances, and lock all windows and doors. Return keys to the lockbox. We appreciate your cooperation!
