Clean and as described. Everything was functional, host was in contact during stay. In a quiet and nice neighborhood, went for a walk Sunday night and ran into 8 different families enjoying the night and very friendly.
The neighborhood is nice and we felt safe. The kids liked the basketball game in the garage and the arcade games in the basement. Some of the beds were very squeaky, and the house smelt like cigarette smoke.
We had a reunion. We had age 2 to 69. We all enjoyed playing games. The TVs are great but we never turned them on. From there we went to Stadium of Fire at BYU stadium, hike up to the Y on the mountain, when to the water park in Provo, and when fly fishing on the Provo River. Great restaurants in the area.
This property was the perfect place for our family to meet for the weekend and spend cherished time together. Thank you to the hosts! The fully stocked kitchen was also very much appreciated!
Place was beautiful and perfect. Great with the pool table and Pac-Man with our family of young adults and a couple teens! Could have used a second spatula cooking for 13:) Thanks so much!

This house was great for our family reunion. We so enjoyed the pool table, the ping pong table and arcade games. Having two kitchens for meal prep was awesome. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this house for family or friend events.
We had a great stay. The house had everything we needed for making our own food and extra bedding. The house was huge and had lots of fun games. We played pictionary all night, family had a blast. Memories for life. Owner was responsive and addressed any issues quickly.
Best views! We wanted a low key Christmas and this house was perfect. This was a great hang around the house VRBO. The teens stayed downstairs with their own space (pool table, arcades, and they hooked up our PS5 to the tv downstairs) and adults upstairs. Family dinners, family card games, and a great neighborhood to take walks in. By the way, did I mention the views! Thank you for sharing your house with us.
Our host was very helpful and went above and beyond to help with our stay. The home accommodated our large family very well and everyone was comfortable and enjoyed it. We had a fantastic Thanksgiving celebration! The golf course and mountain view is fantastic and the kids and parents loved the fenced in back yard along the golf course. We will absolutely consider this home again if the occasion arises.
We loved our stay in Vineyard! The view from the living room and eat-in kitchen area was amazing. As you walk up the stairs from the basement, the mountains rise in view and itâs just breathtaking. We came for my sonâs wedding. My parents and sister and her children stayed with us here. We also did a BYU campus tour for my daughter and I loved that we could see the âYâ on the mountain from this house. There were a couple of things that I needed to message the host about but he was very prompt and helpful. Overall, it was a wonderful stay!
This was our 4TH stay at this house. We keep coming back because of the location (perfect for the annual guys golf trip that I do with my crew) and because the owner & property manager's communication and care for their renters is SO great!
The house itself is just super nice and well kept.
10/10 would recommend
We loved the home in Vineyard while we were in Utah for our daughter's wedding week. It was clean and comfortable and we loved the downstairs family room area to gather in the evenings and play games.
We filled every bed in this place and there was still plenty of room for us to gather, to cook, to visit. The beds were great. The place was clean. Could have had better toiletries available but nothing to really complain about.
Nice area and close to the places we wanted to see and the wedding we were attending. We enjoyed the games, got to play them with our granddaughters. Nice home and enjoyed the view of the mountains and watching the golfers on hole 6. Thanks for sharing your home it was the best way for us to attend our granddaughters wedding.
We call it 'Serenity on the 6th Hole'. The home was constructed by the owner/builder -all possible amenities and upgrades in original construction. We will probably retire in this home on "Links at Sleepy Ridge" golf course, which, by the way, is one of the finest courses ($22.00 for nine holes w/ cart during week!) in all of Utah County.
The property sits on "Links at Sleepy Ridge" golf course 6th Hole and boasts a fantastic view of the mountain range with a serene and peaceful setting.
