This property was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. The host was very accommodating, the neighborhood was nice. The property was very big and comfortable. I would highly recommend this property.
This is a lovely home for large group and it is family friendly. The media/rec room was the favorite spot for the kids in our group. There was a great selection of toys. There was plenty of room and is very comfortable. The bedrooms are good sized. We are looking forward to staying there again.
Our immediate family from 3 different states gathered here to spend time together. The six bedrooms with plenty of extra blankets and sleeping pads gave all of us good nights rest. The ping pong table was used for family tournament fun. The theater set up had comfortable seating where we watched a ball game and a Christmas movie. The piano was a highlight that was played intermittently by many throughout our stay. The laundry facilities were great and we enjoyed time in the back yard and appreciated a beautiful view. The kitchen was spacious and we enjoyed cooking and eating together and played many games around the dining room table. Parking was easy and the neighborhood was quiet, friendly and felt very safe. Would definitely stay here again.
The place was perfect. The down side was the house was very cold when we arrived. No amount of turning up the heat seemed to solve it until we found a window open (covered with closed blinds so it wasnât easily noticed). Also could not get the shower in the the master bath to heat up. None of us could figure it out. The rest of the hot water in the house worked just fine. Iâm sure there was a trick. I didnât take the time to contact management as we were not around much. Other than that, the place was perfect for our group.
My family of 2 adults 2 kids (one under 10 one over 10) and our friends of 2 adults 2 kids (one under 10 one over 10) stayed here. Located in quiet neighborhood close to main roads. The property is INCREDIBLE!! Plenty of bedrooms, closets, and space. The family/theater room upstairs was a favorite. It was nice to have doors to keep sound from traveling down the hall for those that were sleeping.
For our group of 8 we were not scrunched. Plenty of room to have your own space but still be with the others.
The master was roomy. The master bathroom is roomy and had a large shower and steam room. Plenty of towels, storage, and a hair dryer. Off the bathroom is a deck which had plenty of room for viewing the mountains and for eating. Deck is also accessible from ground level.
Near the master are 2 rooms. Both with dressers and closets with extra blankets and pillows.
Down the hall are 2 more rooms. One has no windows which was perfect for those that cannot have light when sleeping. Also had closets with extra pillows and blankets.
Main level has another bedroom (with a king bed I think). Large kitchen, living room, dining room, and laundry room with EVERYTHING you need. Off the kitchen is the backyard with a view that you can't resist. We caught sunrises and sunsets. The views are AMAZING!!
The backyard has a gas grill, play set, trampoline, basketball hoop and grass. It was wonderful for the kids to play.
Parking on the driveway was a plus, rather than parking on the street.
The hosts are very accommodating and quick to respond to questions.
The piano is a plus but needs tuning and a realignment. I play and brought music to practice. A couple keys stuck but overall it did its job and the kids felt like they were at my home. hehe
We can't wait to stay here again.
This is one of our favorite places that we have stayed. The house is really nice. We had to be home more than we expected, and it was a perfect place to spend a lot of time. We will definitely look for availability at this home on future trips. The host was very helpful and responsive with all of our needs. Highly recommended.
Great view, steam shower, movie theater, backyard playground. But the two sets of indoor stairs are steep and do not have handrails. One member of our group fell down the stairs and hit their head on the tile floor. The handrail on the outside stairs from the upstairs balcony is also unsafe- it shimmy shakes if you touch it so we werenât able to rely on it to help us down the stairs.
Thanks for letting us stay in your house. It was for a funeral and it was lovely to be able to be together with all of my grown kids at a difficult time. Thanks again.
We were in town for a wedding and were able to stay and eat all together. The kitchen was adequate for meal prep and had plenty of room to gather for meals. It has a big yard and great views of the lake.
We had a family gathering for fall activities at this beautiful home. There was lots of space to spread around, including a terrific backyard, large kitchen/dining room, and the best, a bonus room that was full of fun things: ping pong, movie theater, lots of toys, and room to run! We very much enjoyed our time here and would love to return!
It looks just like the pictures with views of the lake. It has so much to do for for young and old. The owner was very nice and really easy to get a hold of. We let my 80 year old mom have the bedroom downstairs with a bathroom right next to her room. It was perfect. Upstairs had a theater and most of the rooms had a TV. We were able to watch home movies and relax after going out. This was perfect for our large family.
We rented this home for a week, as our son was getting married in Orem. Although he lives in Ogden, we wanted to stay closer to the wedding venue. It was convenient enough to Ogden, Salt Lake City, and Park City, and an easy driving distance to all sorts of other sights. The kitchen was amazing - fully stocked with cookware, serving ware, and china. The only complaint here was a rough peeler, which only helped me practice my potato peeling skills with a paring knife. The media room is tremendous - we enjoyed two features movies as a family - as is the piano in the living room, and the backyard was the highlight. It was PERFECT for a 14-year-old boy (basketball court and trampoline) and a 6-year-old girl (trampoline, jungle gym, airplane-balancing-thingy, and basketball court!), and the views from the back yard are beautiful, whether first thing in the morning or at sunset. We were a fan of the high countertops (we're a tall family) and the extra touches like a complete extra package of toilet paper, plenty of spices, etc. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Utah. Many thanks to our hosts, who were quick to respond and left excellent details and directions in terms of check in/check out and house rules. And one final perk... it's a 5-minute drive to TruReligion, one of the BEST breakfasts we've eaten in the past decade or more!
