The idyllic little village of Birresborn awaits you in the midst of the Volcanic Eifel. The holiday apartment is centrally, but nevertheless quietly situated.

The private, open terrace and the separate lawn in front of the apartment, with a garden table, garden chairs, a parasol and grill invite you to grill, relax and sunbathe. A car parking space is available.

The apartment can accommodate up to four people. It was completed I 2008 and has its own separate entrance. All the rooms are laid with tiles or laminate flooring. The living room has a separate wood-burning stove. The terrace door with a floor-to-ceiling window affords a wonderful view of Goldberg. Satellite TV and a DVD player are provided. The apartment has a double bed in the bedroom and a wide sofa bed that two people can sleep on, as well as a supplementary bed. The little kitchen-diner is equipped with a stove with an oven and ceramic hob, a cooker hood, a fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and dishwasher. A highchair is available. The bathroom has a shower, WC and hairdryer. The whole apartment has under-floor heating.

There is a children’s playground with a slide and climbing frame just 50 metres from the house. There is another modern playground just 600 metres away. Bakeries, banks, bars and restaurants and a hairdresser are all nearby.

Birresborn is amidst the Volcanic Eifel in one of the most beautiful parts of the Kyll Valley at 350 metres above sea level. Birresborn is surrounded by Goldberg (523m), Dachsberg (548m) and the volcano Kalem (509m), so you can explore the beauty of the region. As the apartment is right near the forest and well signposted hiking and mountain biking trails, hikers and mountain bikers will find many interesting challenges around this Eifel village. The area has mixed forests, inviting you to go on extended walks and hikes. The River Kyll is within reach, a paradise for fly fishing. The Kyll Valley cycle roué leads right through the pretty village, stretching 130km and suitable both for leisurely and more ambitious cycling tours, with a range of nature experiences. You can hire bicycles right next to the apartment. Because of the curvy roads, motorbike enthusiasts also enjoy tours in the Eifel and the Nürburgring is nearby. Hikers can enjoy a range of hiking trails and go on guided tours on the Eifelsteig nearby.

You do not need to bring bed linen, towels and tea towels, which are all provided. Wireless Internet is available on request. There is a changing table and a cot can be provided on request.
