Guatiza is a village in northern Lanzarote. In town you will find the cactus garden designed by César Manrique, complete with a windmill and a cafe. There is also a supermarket, a town hall, a pizzeria, a post office and an atm. It is close to the island's most famous Barranco. Hiking and bicycle trails leave from the property. It is 2 km to Mala with swimming coves and two great restaurants. Arrieta (six kilometres) is a traditional fishing village with restaurants on the ocean and a sandy beach. It is 16 km to Orzola with its beautiful beaches. In Costa Teguise (12 km), you can scuba dive and wind surf and enjoy a meal in a restaurant.

The 45 m² house accommodates up to three people. The living room is furnished with a sofa and a dining nook. The sofa is a sofa bed for one. Adjacent is the fully loaded kitchen. There is a two burner stove and also a coffee maker, a kettle, a fridge and a toaster. The separate bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, a wardrobe and a television. Then there is a bathroom with a shower, a washing machine and a toilet.
