The cosy apartment is on the first floor of the house, which is in a quiet area near the town centre of Makarska and the long sandy beach. The big advantage of the apartment is that the sights around town, as well as shops and restaurants are within walking distance.

A grill is available for use. There are three parking spaces right by the house and there are also two garage parking spaces in the house.
