This beautiful lake house is in a great location just a short drive to nearby attractions, including Kalahari Resort, Jack Frost, Camelback, Big Boulder, Mount Airy Casino, Split Rock golf course, and more!

- Master bedroom suite with breathtaking lake views, king bed, large closet, and ensuite bath
- First floor includes two bedrooms: one with a full bed and twin bed, the other with a bunk bed (full bed and single bed above)

- Guests must return the guest passes to designated area in the home prior to check-out
NOTE- THE LAKE IS CURRENTLY CLOSED FOR SWIMMING, BOATING, & FISHING FOR REPAIRS. The community has other lakes guests can use.
HOUSE RULES:
- Please note there are neighbors around the house and sound travels far. We are trying to create a serene getaway for our guests as well as be respectful to our neighbors. So we ask that outside noise be kept to reasonable levels. To ensure this environment we have outdoor noise monitors.
- No pets allowed
- Minimum age requirement of 25 years old
- Majority of guests must be above 25 years old, except for families with children
- Guests must fill out a rental permit with the association 5 days prior to arrival
- Parking limited to 4 cars, NO RVs
- Maximum of 10 guests total, regardless of age
We aim to set the standard for short-term rental experiences. We will proactively notify you when early check-in and/or late check-out are possible.

Getting Around:
Cars are highly recommended for getting around the Poconos. Taxis/Ubers are available, but not prevalent.
