Things to Know:
-Pool heat is available yearly with a three-day minimum booking. Pool heating is optional. A $32/day + tax fee is charged in order to cover the cost of running the heater. The pool heater is turned on prior to your check in. If you request to have the pool heater on for your entire stay, it will be on for your entire stay and turned off after you check out - you do not pay for the check-out day. Please contact Guest Services for more information or to request that pool heat be added to your reservation.
-Pool heat is set to 85 degrees.
-The paddle wheeler is not a traditional paddle boat. It offers very easy peddling and sits higher in the water with more comfortable seating.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 1.

Dock details:
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
