The home is self-catering, but we provide a starter kit with essentials:
*1 extra toilet paper roll per bathroom
*1 paper towel roll
*2 trash bags
*2 laundry pods
*2 dishwasher pods
*1 small bottle of dish soap
*1 small hand soap per bathroom

*Guests should bring or purchase additional paper products, soaps, detergents, coffee, filters, etc.
*Daily maid service is not included; guests are responsible for cleaning during their stay.

Please place trash in tied bags only. Pick-ups occur once per week; bins are taken out and returned by a community member.

A grill is not provided, but we can share local rental company options.

🚫 House Rules (Strictly Enforced)
*No Smoking: $350 + tax cleaning fee if violated
*No Pets: Same fee + immediate eviction without refund
*No Parties or Events
*Maximum occupancy: 8 guests
*Lead guest must stay for entire reservation
*Quiet hours: Please keep noise to a minimum, especially early morning & late evening

Violation of rules may result in eviction without refund. Damages beyond insurance may be charged.
