private pool with Hot Tub, upon request 24 hours before check in for $40.00 fee per day with 2 nights minimum, excellent location close to shopping and Restaurants.
There are 2 recording security cameras one in the entrance and the other one on the exit to the backyard only record the outside of the home

Great House

Loved the house. Plenty of room for my family of 6 plus Grandma. Property is very clean and nicely done. Close proximity to Disney and Universal. Couldn't have asked for more.

Wonderful house

We stayed at the house for a week, absolutely loved it. Very clean, pool was refreshing, and communication was fast. Plenty of dishes, pots utensils etc. We will be back next year!

Amazing

This property was an amazing place to stay for our family, its in a gated community which was fantastic for us and it was away from all the chaos. The property was very clean and Johnny was great, whenever I had a question he was quick and easy to get ahold of, very responsive. We would definitely come back to this place and recomend to anyone thats in the Orlando area.

Great place in Davenport

The house was great! Perfect for two people or a small group. I really appreciated the quick response time from the owner. The heated pool and spa were perfect. Would definitely stay again.

My family and I stayed there to celebrate my daughter birthday, we were all pleased with this beautiful home, super clean and with enough space to accommodate us, I definitely will book it again, five stars for sure!

You need to go and see with your own eyes!!!

Overall breath taking pictures dont do justice you need to go and see for yourself. Amazing and comfortable just a place where it feels like home.

Peaceful and clean!

Our stay was very peaceful and beautiful. The house and pool area was clean and house neat and nicely decorated. Back rooms were hot and no internet access to rooms in tv. But fans were provided in the 2 back rooms so it was ok. And we spent most of our time in the pool anyhow. My family and I enjoyed our time and would rent again. Thank you for a nice experience!

Great accommodations

Close enough to all that you need for entertainment, dining and theme parks while yet peaceful amd quiet enough to relax by the pool during downtime. The host was amazing and very accomodating. I would recommend this property and i would even stay again myself. I usually dont't repeat properties becauss I like new experiences. This one is great!

OUTSTANDING HOME/PROPERTY

HOUSE WAS DECORATED BEAUTIFULLY AND ESPECIALLY CLEAN. THE BEDS WERE SUPER COMFORTABLE. THE WILD LIFE IN THE BACKYARD WAS TRULY ENTERTAINING WHILE ENJOYING THE POOL/HOT-TUB. WE ATE MANY TIMES OUT ON THE PATIO. MY CAT ESPECIALLY ENJOYED THE COMFORTS AS WELL! HOST IS ALWAYS AVAILABLE AND VERY HELPFUL.

Nice place in a safe neighborhood.

The home was clean and nicely decorated. There was a beautiful pool, but we never used it. We came down for a surgery and stayed long enough to recover, then returned to the mountains. I had to walk every day and there were nice sidewalks for that purpose.

Nice home

My husband, son and i stayed here for 5 days. The check in was super easy. Upon entry into the home it was clean, smelled nice and was well put together. The patio with the pool and the backyard view was really nice. All the furniture on the patio was in good shape and nice to sit on. The owner was very responsive when messaging in the app he would respond almost immediately which was great. We ended up asking for pool/spa heat for 3 days because the spa was cold, he had it turned on for us, the 1st day the heat was great, perfect temperature and we were able to relax in it, the last 2 days it was too HOT , we were able to get in but only a brief few minutes, the pool was just as hot as the spa, it was a little upsetting as we didnt get to use it the way we wanted because it was too hot to get fully in. A couple negatives to the home , the back master bedroom the mattress was very very firm, if you like the firm mattress you will love it but it was hard for myself to sleep on, the back queen room mattress was perfect though. The couch had some crumbs left in the cracks of the cushions. Also some of the dishes that were in the cabinets were dirty and we had to re wash before use. The last thing that bothered me was the curtains to the back patio door were sheer and that freaked me out a little bit as there is a house right on the side and i felt like the neighbors could see through the door into the house. All in all the house was good for our stay.

Check: in easy location: not bad if going to Disney 15-20 minutes. Lots of restaurants in the area and Walmart for groceries. We only stayed one night. We didn't use the pool, cooking etc. Basically we just slept there. It was clean. Front bedroom mattress was foam.(thumbs down) We had some difficulty with the TV connecting to the Internet.

Florida fun in the sun

I think this property is actually better than the listing shows. The property was clean, and the layout of the house was ideal with 2 master suites. Communication with the owner was very easy and the owner was quick to respond to any and all questions. The pool and spa were wonderful, and we spent most of our time on the back patio. The back patio faces an open area where we watched wildlife every day. The addition of the grill at no extra fee was an added plus which we used often since we stayed at the home for a month. The home is in a gated quiet neighborhood. Overall, this place is 5 stars, and we hope to return in the future.

Clean, nice house close to Orlando

The house was clean and nicely decorated. Our only problem was with the hot tub, which was the main reason we booked this place. The jets did not turn on/work. We were disappointed! The owner was quick to correspond with us via text. However, the hot tub couldn't be fixed until Monday , and we were there on a Saturday/Sunday. Overall, great house with lots of rooms (4 bedrooms & 3 baths).

Great house but........

Its an amazing house plenty of space, comfortable the pool helps wwith this hot weather. Everything is so comfortable even the beds and pillows but 2 of the beds had ants last thing i was expecting when i jumped in bed and about 10 minutes into relaxing i feel things crawling on my legs and head and then my daughter starts to yell that shes covered in ants also. It was just the master bed by the pool and the twin bed by the window in the room just right of the hallway bathroom. If they would take care of that ants it would be 5 stars.

FANTASTIC HOME

We have rented in this area for over 8 years. Most of the rentals were good, some were OK and only 2 were fantastic. This HOME was our most recent and a real winner. Firstly the entire home was immaculate, even the pool area (decking around the screened in pool) was spotless. The mattresses in both master BR were really comfortable (no back pain), bathrooms all had starter toiletries (like in a 5 star hotel), linens also. Kitchen (galley style) was well equipped (all quality Cuisinart pots and pans in too many sizes to mention. Dinnerware, wine glasses, casual plastic ones for around the pool, silverware all for service of at least 10. The pool and spa were heated (optional cost) but well worth it. NEW HEATER for spa and pool. Pool lanai overlooked a open area were we deer, turkeys, and Sandhill cranes (our dogs were very intimidated by their size. The hosts Jonny and his wife Lucy take pride in their home and it shows. This was a winner and "we'll be back" Thank you Johnny and Lucy WFS D.Sc.

We are located in a lovely gated community offering a small park with tennis court, great for a walk and enjoy the beautiful weather Florida offers.
beautiful view off pool area with gorgeous sunset, definitely best place to spent quality time and disconnect after a long day at the park.

Our home is very spacious, peaceful and very comfortable to spent quality time with family and friends, we make sure it is immaculate cleaned for every guest, definitely very proud of our lovely and blessed home !
