To ensure a wonderful stay for everyone, we ask that you observe the following:
* Pets are welcome! Up to two dogs are allowed, but please inform us in advance. A pet fee applies.
* Long-term stays of 28 days or more are permitted.

** Although heating the spa is included with the daily rate, there is a $25 daily fee to heat the pool.

**Early Check-In:** We can often accommodate early check-in for a small hourly convenience fee, provided the house is not booked the night before. Please ask in advance.

**Late Checkout** Same as early check-in. If we do not have a same-day check-in, we may be able accommodate for a small hourly convenience fee.
