Beautiful property

We had a wonderful stay. House was very clean and incredibly well stocked with everything you could need. The house manual was well-done and had great restaurant and activity suggestions. Pool was wonderful, as was being so close to the beach. Would definitely stay again!

Incredible!

The 5 min walk to the beach was incredible, we used the pool everyday, and close to a bunch of shops and restaurants.

Excellent Sea Pines Rental

My family of 8 stayed at 12 Wren recently while on Hilton Head for a reunion. The home, accurately depicted on VRBO, was perfect for our family to spread out and relax. The home was the most well stocked properties we have rented. Highly recommend staying at 12 Wren!

May 2019 Stay

Another great week at 12 Wren - we had great weather and the accommodations were perfect. Everything we needed was provided, fully equipped kitchen and all the beach gear we needed - cooler, umbrellas and beach chairs! This is a great spot... we love it there!

Thanksgiving 2015 5-star Stay

Family from 3 different areas met here for the holiday. The house had a real WOW factor! It was very comfortable for 5 adults and 1 child. The location was great - we could walk to the beach and the village for food and shops. We would definitely rent here again.
