Wonderful Family Beach Trip

We stayed at the beautiful fully stocked Shipwatch Palazzo for a family beach getaway. Even though the weather wasnt cooperative, the convenience of running back to the inviting home was welcoming. The grands had the best time together playing on the beach, in the very clean pool and the games in the house. The master was so inviting with so much room for the younger kids to play together while the adults enjoyed watching football together in the spacious living room. The kitchen was well stocked and the double dish washer was excellent addition. The bed were extremely comfortable with plenty of pillows and extra blankets. Although we did not make much use of the golf cart because of weather it was so nice to have access to use. This is the first rental we have been able to park in a garage and had access to another refrigerator in the garage. Wonderful week and hope we can return again.

Shipwatch Palazzo vacation

We had the pleasure of staying at this property for a week. It is right on the beach! Beautiful property and setting. Gourmet kitchen has everything you will need, beds are comfortable, plenty of bathrooms for large party. Pool is perfect for relaxing after time on the beach. Check in and check out was very easy. Thank you Alex, you are a great property manager. We will definitely stay again in the future.

This is the most premium rental I’ve ever stayed in. Everything was better than advertised and the house was spotless. The pictures don’t do justice to how beautiful the property and beach are. Highly recommend staying here for larger groups.

Location was ideal. House was well-appointed and had a high level of finishes. Nice, quiet end of the beach with spectacular views and sunsets. The rental company was responsive when we encountered small issues. Overall, the house is elegant, sleek, and an ideal vacation spot. The elevator was essential for one member of our party and made all the difference.

Excellent home for our 3 families with a total of 18 people. Location is great with the beach steps out the back door. Had a wonderful time!

Idyllic setting for family fun at this beach front property

It was a treat to stay with our son and his family, including our 2 and 3 year old grandchildren, at this beautiful property. The house was immaculate and well stocked and the layout worked great for us with plenty of space for eating and playing and bedrooms that allowed for privacy (and napping:-). We loved having access to the golf cart as well as the 4 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas that were set up daily for our use. One tip is to leave a personal item on the beach chairs if you don't want them taken down earlier than 5pm. The pool is very small, but was the perfect size for our little ones, and we appreciated that we were able to have it heated it for a fee. The beach was beautiful - not too crowded - and steps away from the house. Another plus was the responsiveness of Alex and his team to any questions we had. We hope to get to return to Shipwatch Palazzo!

Beautiful home, perfect location, and Coastal Retreats took great care of us every step of the way.

We had a fantastic stay at Shipwatch Palazzo in Miramar Beach and could not have been happier with Coastal Retreats Luxury Vacation Rentals. From the start, their communication was excellent. They sent helpful emails before our trip with everything we needed to know, and they even checked in during our stay to make sure everything was going smoothly. It’s clear they really care about their guests having a great experience. The house itself is beautiful and extremely well stocked with everything you could need. One of the best parts is that it’s directly on the beach with easy access just steps away from the beautiful white sand and water. The location is also perfect, close to grocery stores, restaurants, and shops, which made everything very convenient. Overall it was a wonderful experience and we would absolutely stay with Coastal Retreats again. Highly recommend!

Excellent Vacation Home Rental

This property is perfect for vacation! Very clean, right on the beach, and very convenient to shopping and grocery stores! Property managers were great to work with. I plan on booking this property in the future!

Fantastic Property

5 couples stayed for 3 nights at this property and had a great time! The house is incredible and right on the beach near everything you could want. It was impecably clean and the management was accessable and helpful. We highly recommend this property!
