Hoyochi Nikko 202 est une unité de deux chambres avec une chambre principale à l'étage principal avec un lit king-size et un escalier en colimaçon menant à une grande chambre mezzanine avec un lit queen-size. Il peut accueillir 4 personnes confortablement. Cette unité est décorée avec goût partout avec de nombreuses fonctionnalités personnalisées. Les hauts plafonds voûtés offrent plus d'espace et de plaisir pour le salon et le grenier. Il y a l'air conditionné dans la chambre principale. Toutes les unités sont entièrement équipées avec télévision par câble, lecteur DVD, lecteur CD, laveuse / sécheuse, sèche-cheveux, cuisines meublées et accès Internet WI-FI.

A Gem in Kaanapali!

Amazing place to stay a Maui! Ocean front, Pool, small private beach, sea life for snorkeling! Breathtaking views! Emaculately kept backyard. A great location only a mile from the resort boardwalk! Truly a hidden Gem!

Great area and place

We really liked the property and the location, walkable to places for breakfast, some public beaches, etc. The condo was great and having A/C was wonderful! My only down side which is not the property fault is that the pool was a little to deep for my 6 year old, shallow area is 3 ft, so I had to be with them all the time, it didn't occur to ask before hand. Note that the property doesn't have a beach, in the pictures it seems like it has a little, but it is the time when waves are coming. If you want to lay at the beach you need to pack and go elsewhere which I was looking forward to wake up and be able to come downstairs to the sand. There are so many turtles eating in that area that it was amazing to snorkel there.

Everything was perfect with the exception of spotty internet but who needs to connect when you have the best view on Maui. Check in was seamless and the condo had everything we needed.

The complex is upstairs and that might be difficult for some people but the view is worth it! Some updating would be nice but the kitchen has anything you might need. The grounds are well maintained and I’ll be back for sure.

Quiet beach front property

What a lovely place to stay in Maui. Accommodations were clean and had all the amenities you would need. It was nice having plenty of towels and laundry in the unit if needed. We traveled with two older teenagers and having the larger space compared to a hotel room made our visit much more enjoyable. I loved how we could just walk in the backyard and take a dip in the ocean without having to walk far or drive. You could see whales from our balcony and saw quite a few sea turtles. Coffee and a market were in walking distance. Short car ride to resturants. The grounds were and clean and tidy. I noticed someone in the yard daily wiping down chairs and getting everything in order for guests. An easy and relaxing stay without the hassle of staying in a large hotel. We would book again at this location.

Relaxing girl-cation

Two long time friends celebrating their 70th birthdays. Wonderful vacation. The beach front location was perfect for sunning, whale and turtle watching, napping and doing just what we wanted. Herb, the property manager was so helpful when we were having challenges with the TV remote and gave us excellent recommendations for area eating. We will not hesitate to book our next trip.

Magical Maui

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is in a prime location. The space was comfortable for two couples. The pool was very nice. The stairwell into the ocean requires right water conditions, but it is so convent there is room to complain. Grill at the pool is gas and very very nice. Condo was equipped a lot of bath and beach towels, full kitchen equipment, a coffee machine and blender. The main bedroom had a big closet and comfortable king bed. The loft has a big closet, plenty of storage, fans, and a queen bed (warning stairs to the loft are spiral). Bathroom was nice with a bath/shower (a little outdated, but fully functional). Beach supplies were also supplied; chairs and cooler. Thank you! We’d love to return anytime we can!

Great stay for family of four

We really enjoyed our stay at this oceanfront location. Great views and quiet property. The unit was clean and kitchen was well-equipped. Our kids loved the spiral staircase and the pool. Rental company was responsive to our questions. We would stay again!

Beautiful

The property was stunning! Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed as well as beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler. My one disappointment was the lack of beach, but the sea turtles made up for it! The loft was to hot to sleep in even with fans, we utilized the hide-a-bed and the main bedroom downstairs instead of using the loft. We would go back for sure, but this time we know what to expect.

Picture Perfect View

This property was true to the pictures and very quiet. The grounds were spectacularly manicured and very clean. The sunsets were postcard perfect. The condo was clean and well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, coffee cups, utensils, towels and beach towels. It was the perfect view to start the day with coffee on the balcony and end the day unwinding with the sunset.

And the grounds are beautifully maintained. Unit 202 did get a little warm in the afternoon, a mini split would fix that. And the patio furniture could be updated. Overall we loved our stay.
