Hoyochi Nikko 202 est une unité de deux chambres avec une chambre principale à l'étage principal avec un lit king-size et un escalier en colimaçon menant à une grande chambre mezzanine avec un lit queen-size. Il peut accueillir 4 personnes confortablement. Cette unité est décorée avec goût partout avec de nombreuses fonctionnalités personnalisées. Les hauts plafonds voûtés offrent plus d'espace et de plaisir pour le salon et le grenier. Il y a l'air conditionné dans la chambre principale. Toutes les unités sont entièrement équipées avec télévision par câble, lecteur DVD, lecteur CD, laveuse / sécheuse, sèche-cheveux, cuisines meublées et accès Internet WI-FI.

Great area and place

We really liked the property and the location, walkable to places for breakfast, some public beaches, etc. The condo was great and having A/C was wonderful! My only down side which is not the property fault is that the pool was a little to deep for my 6 year old, shallow area is 3 ft, so I had to be with them all the time, it didn't occur to ask before hand. Note that the property doesn't have a beach, in the pictures it seems like it has a little, but it is the time when waves are coming. If you want to lay at the beach you need to pack and go elsewhere which I was looking forward to wake up and be able to come downstairs to the sand. There are so many turtles eating in that area that it was amazing to snorkel there.

Great Maui vacation

We enjoyed our stay at Hoyochi Nikko. Unit is clean but dated, property management is attentive, and overall property is amazing. We would stay here again!

Hoyochi is best

Everything was perfect with the exception of spotty internet but who needs to connect when you have the best view on Maui. Check in was seamless and the condo had everything we needed.

Great stay for family of four

We really enjoyed our stay at this oceanfront location. Great views and quiet property. The unit was clean and kitchen was well-equipped. Our kids loved the spiral staircase and the pool. Rental company was responsive to our questions. We would stay again!

Location!

The property has a lovely private beach and pool that were perfect for our kids (8 and 10). The unit needs some tlc but was clean and comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again!

Relaxing girl-cation

Two long time friends celebrating their 70th birthdays. Wonderful vacation. The beach front location was perfect for sunning, whale and turtle watching, napping and doing just what we wanted. Herb, the property manager was so helpful when we were having challenges with the TV remote and gave us excellent recommendations for area eating. We will not hesitate to book our next trip.

Picture Perfect View

This property was true to the pictures and very quiet. The grounds were spectacularly manicured and very clean. The sunsets were postcard perfect. The condo was clean and well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, coffee cups, utensils, towels and beach towels. It was the perfect view to start the day with coffee on the balcony and end the day unwinding with the sunset.

The complex is upstairs and that might be difficult for some people but the view is worth it! Some updating would be nice but the kitchen has anything you might need. The grounds are well maintained and I’ll be back for sure.

Loved the beach and pool

Overall the condo was very comfortable and the views were amazing. My only slight complaints about the condo are that the parking garage is very tight with 5’7” ceiling so no big cars, the loft was very hot but they provided lots of fans, and there were a lot of the little fruit flies in the unit. Other than that we were very comfortable and spent most of our time outdoors. I loved the pool and lounge area behind the condo and the small beach with great snorkeling just offshore. Would definitely stay again.

The a/c wasn't the greatest but luckily there was a nice breeze if you left the windows open. Nice group of people visiting and seemed a lot of folks come every year to same spot.
