CONDO 3 BR, 2 BA - SKI-IN / SKI-OUT - JUSTE REMODELÉ!

Les condominiums Tyra font partie de nos propriétés les plus vendues. Pourquoi? Emplacement, emplacement, emplacement! Si vous cherchez à être à proximité des pistes et un court trajet en navette à la ville, c'est l'endroit! Assis le long 4:00 Run et juste à quelques pas de Snowflake Lift, il y a une unité Tyra qui est parfait pour vous: des studios abordables à condos de quatre chambres pouvant accueillir 12. Il y a aussi quelques sentiers de grande randonnée à droite sur votre porte d'entrée de la O'Clock Trail Four. Vous allez adorer la Tyra!

Ce condo haut de gamme de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains a été récemment rénové (y compris de nouveaux planchers, peinture, luminaires et literie) et offre un accès direct aux pistes de ski à votre porte arrière. Une unité au rez-de-chaussée, il est parfait pour les familles et les groupes jusqu'à 10 personnes qui ne veulent pas traîner leur équipement dans les escaliers! En vous promenant dans le salon, vous vous sentirez immédiatement accueillis par le plan d'étage grande ouverte. Rassemblez autour de la cheminée tandis que le chef de votre groupe cuisiniers dans la cuisine, ou vous détendre dans le salon tout en regardant la grande télévision à écran LCD. La cuisine entièrement équipée a des comptoirs en granit, et il y a des sièges pour six personnes à la table à manger et deux autres à la barre de petit déjeuner.

Le patio a aussi des chaises longues pour profiter de l'air frais et écouter le ruisseau qui traverse le complexe. L'établissement propose également un accès Wi-Fi, laveuse / sécheuse dans l'unité, l'accès au Club House avec bains à remous intérieur / extérieur partagées, et un parking pour deux véhicules.

A company handled the Hosting rather than an individual. The only negatives were the old hard mattresses and old pilllows. The owners have updated the unit but not the beds and pillows. Great location on lower 4 o’clock run to ski almost to the back door and Snowflake lift is 50 yards away.

Great location to the lift and slope. Only beef is that you had to use the access off the front door and not the back door (off the parking lot and ski access). Great place to stay with family and friends. Will likely stay there again!

Nice place, but water leak

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon check in, we noticed that water spilled from the bathroom entrance when the floorboards near were walked on. Overnight, water also started leaking into the bedroom entrances, wetting the carpet near it. Maintenance was notified immediately. While the condo itself was nice, nothing was done about the problem during our stay. Laying down towels constantly and keeping mental track of the leak detracted from the enjoyment our stay.

The condo was in a perfect location, conveniently located close to the Snowflake lift. The unit was as expected. Beds comfortable. A few suggestions or things that would have been nice - board games in the unit, better instructions on how to access Netflix, etc on the TV. The front windows in the living room were drafty - only an issue if sitting on the window seat. The kitchen was well stocked. Overall, we had a great experience made better by the staff at SMR. We would definitely come back again.

Great weekend getaway

Condo was great for a quick getaway with the ladies. A short walk to town and bike paths. We thought the place could use a spring clean to catch dirty kitchen appliances (blender base) and out of the way spaces like corners of rooms and under heating panels. Overall, really enjoyed our stay.
