BATHROOMS

3.5 bathrooms — one on every level. Master ensuite has the walk-in shower. Main-floor hallway bathroom is shared. Upstairs bathroom is between the two upper bedrooms. Lower-level bathroom is steps from Bedroom 5 — basically a private suite for whoever takes that room.

Pet Fee: $69 fee per pet, per night, maximum of 4 pets (vaccination records required by HOA.)

This property includes security features, such as Schlage smart locks and Ring floodlight cameras, for your safety and peace of mind.

Our home is situated within a gated community, and it is required for all guests to complete a quick Guest Registration and Lease Form. It’s a standard procedure around here aimed at enhancing safety for all residents and guests, and as a result, ranks as one of the safest communities in PA! Additionally, the HOA strictly enforces a 5-car limit per reservation, and once the reservation has started, the HOA makes it a hassle to add / change cars, so please plan accordingly.

Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home or on the property. A violation of this policy will result in a minimum $375 fine to cover deep cleaning and odor removal.
