The open-concept main floor welcomes you with soaring vaulted ceilings, rich log walls, and warm natural light — the kind of space that makes you exhale the moment you walk in. When hunger strikes, the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need — whether you're whipping up a quick breakfast before hitting Dollywood, or gathering the family for a slow, relaxed dinner; the dining table comfortably fits the whole group.

Ease into one of the two hanging egg chair swings as the trees sway around you. Fire up the gas grill for an evening cookout, or simply settle into the outdoor sofa as the woods go quiet. When the night air gets crisp, slip down to the lower deck and sink into your private screened-in hot tub — jets on, favorite drink in hand, nothing but the sound of the Smoky Mountains around you. This is the Double Oaks experience.

Back inside, the primary king suite offers the kind of deep, uninterrupted sleep you've been craving — memory foam mattress, blackout shades, spa-inspired ensuite with soaking tub and walk-in shower, and a private walk-out to the deck for your morning coffee ritual. A second king bedroom downstairs ensures everyone has their own comfortable retreat.

Speaking of downstairs — the kids are going to lose their minds. Custom-built triple bunk beds with their own stairs, railings, and charging outlets lead straight into a game room built for serious fun: two full arcade games, a foosball table, a sectional couch, big screen TV with Xbox Live, and a mini fridge. Good luck getting them upstairs.

Before you know it, morning arrives. Your pup is stretched out on the deck in the sunshine. You're at the fully stocked coffee bar — Keurig, French press, syrups, honey sticks, all of it — debating whether today is a Dollywood day, a hiking day, or honestly... just another perfect day right here.

*PRIMARY SUITE (Main Level) - The kind of bedroom you won't want to leave. King bed with memory foam mattress, spa ensuite with marble floors, soaking tub stocked with Epsom salts, walk-in shower, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hairdryer. Plenty of drawer space for your essentials as well. Dual closets, blackout shades, ceiling fan, smart TV, and a private walk-out straight to the rear deck. Wake up, step outside, breathe.

*SECOND BEDROOM (Lower Level) - Another king — this one with a pillow-top mattress, blackout shades, ceiling fan, smart TV, closet, two lounge chairs, and a full-length mirror. The adjacent bathroom features a shower/tub combo, large vanity, and essentials, including baby wash and shampoo for the little ones.

*TRIPLE BUNKS (Lower Level) - Custom-built with their own stairs, railings, built-in charging outlets, and personal storage cubbies for each bunk. The kids are going to claim their spot the second they walk in — trust us.

*LIVING ROOM - Soaring vaulted ceilings, stone gas fireplace, open-concept flow into the kitchen and dining area, and just enough pillows and blankets to justify not moving for hours. Winter brings mountain views through the trees. Ceiling fan with remote.

*DOWNSTAIRS LOUNGE — Where the Fun Happens This is the room that makes every group stay too long. Two full arcade games, foosball table, sectional couch, big screen smart TV with Xbox Live (bring your own controller), and a dry bar with mini fridge. Movie nights, tournament nights, late nights — this space handles all of it.

*KITCHEN & DINING - Seats 7 comfortably (4 chairs + bench seating). Black stainless appliances, large sink, fridge with ice maker, fully stocked with cookware, bakeware, crockpot, blender, toaster, knives, measuring cups, corkscrew — everything you need to pull off any meal, from a quick breakfast scramble to a full family dinner.

*COFFEE & TEA BAR — We Don't Mess Around, Keurig dual-brew system, French press, K-cups for coffee and tea, flavor syrups, sweeteners, creamers, and honey sticks. Your morning ritual, fully supported.

*YOUR OUTDOOR OASIS Two levels of decking — everyone finds their favorite spot

UPPER DECK Gas grill, outdoor sofa, swivel rockers, and the star of the show: two hanging egg chair swings with wooded views that make time feel optional. (Max 280 lbs each — and yes, they're as relaxing as they look.) Front porch has a swing for your morning coffee moments!

LOWER DECK - Your private screened hot tub, drained and professionally cleaned between every stay. Outdoor seating, complete tree canopy overhead, and total privacy. One note: due to thorough cleaning between guests, the hot tub takes a few hours after check-in to reach full temperature. Plan on it being perfect by morning — worth the wait.

*LAUNDRY - New GE 2-in-1 washer/dryer combo with auto-dispensing detergent. One less thing to pack.

*FAMILIES WITH LITTLES Pack-n-play, high chair, baby gate, and kid-friendly dinnerware all available. We've thought of the small stuff so you don't have to.
