Very beautiful place to relax. Gorgeous patio to enjoy the view or even watch tv and turn on the fireplace. Close to tourist attractions for those interested. If you’re handicapped the bathroom has a roll in shower and a seat. The doors throughout are wide. And for those who use a Hoyer lift, the bed has lots of space to accommodate it.

This was the worst place we've ever stayed at, and we have stayed in many. If you have a hum-vee you shouldn't have a problem with the gravel, the concrete driveway was a nightmare trying to turn around, if you're not careful you could loose your vehicle very easily. We found dead bug's every day. The shower is handicapped friendly but no grab bars. The hand held shower head leaked more around the top then coming out the head. The listing state's Sevierville, it is no where near Sevierville, 40 minutes away. The bed was super high not handicapped friendly. The back deck had bee's busing around couldn't enjoy the outdoors. There isn't a pool on the property as stated. Don't plan on watching the TV in the living room, the windows behind you reflect into the TV so you can't see what you're watching, also as the sun set's it shines in your face . The modern design needs a lot of improvements. Floor to ceiling windows may look nice but has many problems. Also no K-Cup coffee maker, we brought our own.

I am sorry you did not enjoy your stay even though you checked in four hours early and did not call with any problems at all. You’re the first person that has not been happy and there is a grab bar. It’s on the left side of the shower.

PROS: flat entry, wide doorways, large rooms, very clean, checked-in at cabin via text, new facility/appliances, 3x TVs - can use mirror feature if phone/tablet allows screencasting, 2 electric fireplaces (porch/living room), very nice all-wood walls, fast wifi.CONS: listing mentions handicap accessible, but found many features not suitable for wheelchair user and could be improved upon: microwave and plates/cups inaccessible from seated wheelchair, roll-in shower has no bench seat within distance of water controls [bring your own shower bench otherwise] & needs alternate showerhead/wand mount for accessibility at seated level [wand mount and toiletry rack were very high for even a shorter standing person, no grab bars in shower], back deck has no rails/nor ramp exit for emergencies (wheelchair user might roll-off accidentally when using porch at night), hot tub is lower than some but would be nice to have walk-up stairs with handrails for limited mobility walking person, bathroom sink and mirror are too high for wheelchair use, kingsize bed is very high off ground and would work better if lowered about 6-in. Needs window blinds, shades, or curtains added to most rooms as one cabin is within sight, new road is adjacent to kitchen/part of living room windows, and new cabin being built relatively close to back deck/patio. Listing should state that new road is gravel and steep, best for AWD or 4WD vehicle [nearby roads and driveway might be difficult in winter weather].

Absolutely Gorgeous Place, Enjoyed our stay

We were the first vacationers at the cabin and that was the best decision we made. Our host Joyce was really amazing, she was prompt and solved our minor requests like more towels immediately. The cabin is very pretty, with Amazing views. Enjoy amazing Sunrises on the breakfast table and amazing sunsets while relaxing in the hot tub. For EV owners, look no further you will get a 48A charger. We were able to happily charge our Tesla overnight and continue our adventures during the day. Especially during the weekends and holidays the public chargers are super crowded and expensive. Overall we had an amazing time and amazing holiday.
