This holiday flat is located on the third floor of an apartment building, is easily accessible via a lift and is situated in Torre del Mar in a gated complex. The beautiful beach and a unique long promenade with numerous bars and restaurants are approx. 200 metres away.

With a living space of approx. 115 m², this accommodation offers enough space for a maximum of six people. The living/dining room has a sofa set, armchairs, a satellite TV with DVD player, a music system and a dining table with seating. The kitchen is connected to the living/dining room and is fully equipped with an oven, a ceramic hob, a (deep) fridge, a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle and a coffee machine, leaving nothing to be desired. Two of the three bedrooms each have a double bed (1.80 metres wide). One of them has direct access to the terrace and the bathroom with a shower, WC, washbasin and hairdryer. The third bedroom has two single beds (each 0.90 metres wide), which can be joined together. All bedrooms are equipped with separate air conditioning (cooling and heating). The landlord will be happy to provide you with board games for young and old, so that nothing stands in the way of an evening of games together. A washing machine can be used free of charge.
