The covered back porch overlooks the water and features a one-of-a-kind twin-bed-sized swing—perfect for morning coffee or afternoon naps. Upstairs, an expansive deck delivers panoramic lake views and stunning sunsets. A patio with BBQ grill and fire pit sets the stage for memorable evenings under the stars.

This house is everything it shows in the pictures and are not deceiving at all. This is such a clean beautiful property. Walking into the home it smelled amazing and was so clean, which I appreciated so much. The setting on the water was so peaceful and relaxing. Our group got to spend time kayaking and fishing it was a perfect house for a group of people. The theater room was such an awesome feature to this home. There was an eagle that the owners told us to look out for and we got to see it a few times during our stay along with a deer as well.The owners were great a communication before and during the stay. They were so awesome to work with. I hope that if we get to return to Alabama next year we will be able to rent this home again.I highly recommend this home to anyone.

We are Bob and Judy Payne, and we’re delighted to welcome you to our family vacation home. We reside in Trussville, Alabama, just outside of Birmingham, and have proudly called Alabama home for over 30 years. This state is where we raised our family and built a life centered around faith, family, and time spent together.

Our family has grown beautifully over the years and now includes three children, eight grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren—with more memories being made every year. We acquired this property as a place for our own family to gather and enjoy during the spring and summer months, as well as holidays throughout the year. It has been the setting for countless family moments, laughter-filled evenings, and peaceful mornings spent enjoying nature.

We designed and maintained this home with comfort, accessibility, and togetherness in mind. Many of the amenities were chosen specifically so our grandchildren—and guests of all ages—could enjoy the space safely and comfortably. From shared meals in the kitchen to movie nights and time spent outdoors watching wildlife, this home is meant to be lived in and enjoyed.

We are truly excited to share this special place with you. Our hope is that you’ll feel the same warmth and relaxation here that our family does, whether you’re visiting for rest, celebration, or simply to slow down and enjoy the beauty around you. Tucked away in the quiet community of Lincoln, the property sits on a low-traffic, dead-end street at the very end of a point. After crossing two causeways, it feels almost like arriving on an island of its own—peaceful, private, and wonderfully removed from the noise of everyday life.

One of the things that captured our hearts immediately was the sprawling, level lot that gently leads down to the lake. The walk to the water is effortless and inviting, opening to a private pier where mornings are calm and evenings are unforgettable. The setting feels remote and secluded, yet the convenience is remarkable. Shopping, dining, and daily necessities are just a short drive away, along with unique regional attractions like Talladega Superspeedway and Barber Motorsports Park, making it easy to pair relaxation with adventure.

The neighborhood itself offers a rare sense of calm. Most of the surrounding homeowners are mature and retired, creating an atmosphere that is quiet, respectful, and relaxed. There is little traffic, minimal noise, and a shared appreciation for the natural beauty of the lake. It’s the kind of place where time slows down and stress fades away.

What truly makes this home exceptional are the views and the constant presence of nature. Sunsets stretch across the water in ever-changing colors, wildlife appears throughout the day, and the lake brings a steady sense of serenity. Sitting on the porch or pier, you can feel a deep, intoxicating peace that’s hard to find elsewhere.

For memorable group experiences, the dedicated movie theater allows families to watch films or stream their favorite shows together. Outdoors, the home shines with multiple areas to enjoy fresh air and stunning views. A covered back porch, open patio, and a second-floor balcony overlooking the expansive backyard and lake provide peaceful places to gather or slip away with a view.

Mornings and evenings are elevated with two coffee bars. The main level features a full coffee and espresso station, while the upstairs lounge includes a second coffee bar stocked with a variety of K-cups.
