The country house and the cosy holiday apartment are quietly situated on an idyllic garden site right by Tressower See.
The 59mÂČ three-room ground-floor apartment with a separate entrance can accommodate two to four people. There is a cheerful little kitchen that is fully-equipped. It also has a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds. The living room incudes a cosy dining space with a view out into the garden. The apartment also has a spacious shower room with a WC.
The apartment has its own terrace with a grill, as well as a lawn for sunbathing, playing and grilling in the evening. There is a car parking space right in front of the holiday apartment.
The lake, Tressower See, is excellent for fishing and swimming. You will need a fishing permit for fishing.
It is less than ten minutes away by car to the Hanseatic town of Wismar with world cultural heritage sites. There are many places to swim and Baltic seaside towns within 15 minutes by car. The beautiful Mecklenburg landscape and the nearby lake Schweriner See invite you to go cycling and hiking.
