A great and quiet neighborhood in the heart of Cape Coral Yacht Club. For large groups you can also rent the two vacation rentals next to this house.

Smoking is not permitted in this villa.

Out of consideration for guests with allergies pets are not allowed. No exception. 
On site you will be looked after by our bilingual property management in German or English.

The garage is not available for guests. You have a parking space in front of the house.

Electricity is not included in the rental price and will be charged according to consumption and collected on site at check-out.

We provide our guests with a small starter pack when they move in. However, we expressly point out that we generally do not provide garbage bags, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, kitchen roll, soap or similar consumables, for the duration of the stay.

Great location

We had a great time at the house. The outdoor pool area was nice and large. And with it being on a corner lot, you had a great view of the water. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need and then some! Had so many spices as well! Which was great. Only thing that was disappointing was not getting access to the garage. Which is where the bicycles are stored and I’m sure other beach stuff. But everything else was great. Could walk to the yacht club if you wanted.

I wish I would have known.

The house was great, the location was perfect, the pool was exactly what we wanted. The issue I had was that when we "checked in" we were actually shown the extra propane tank in the garage, and what the garage door opener looked like, but we couldn't find it. We brought our luggage in and started our vacation. We brought 4 of our own bikes, our own fishing gear, and our own diving gear, which I obviously wouldn't want to leave in/on my truck for the 8 days we were there. The next morning we were going to meet friends on Sanibel Island for a bike ride, I never found the garage door opener so I left the garage door open for a quick trip to get a bike part and beverages. I returned after 15 minutes to find the garage door closed, I went into the house to go back into the garage to find the door locked from the inside. I at first thought one of my boys could have accidently closed it but they were in the pool and my wife was still packing lunches. I called both of the property managers and didn't hear anything. I called happy cape, and didn't hear anything. after 3 hours and calling every number I could find I was called back from a number in Germany and told I wasn't supposed to have access to the garage! After putting thousands of dollars of my personal belongings in there! After a quick discussion was told someone would be sent to let me access the garage to remove my items. I asked where I should put all of my stuff and was told it wasn't her problem! When help finally arrived he didn't have the key and ended up breaking the doorknob off and saying he'd be back to replace it (he didn't come back so there was a nice doorknob hole in the door for the week letting a slight gas smell in the house) The part that angered me the most was the fact that my family was in the house when somebody showed up and closed the door without saying anything. I missed an entire day trying to resolve this for no reason. The owner does have many personal belongings in the garage, it is his home after all. I have been doing vrbo since long before it was a thing and have heard many stories of people disrespecting private property but I was never given any indication we were not allowed access to the garage and then the way we were treated afterward was extremely rude. The Koi pond is super cool and beautiful But I'm 6'1 220lbs and taking our luggage out that way would have not been practical.

Perfect Location!

We had our first Christmas away from home at this location. A delightful experience; we were able to enjoy Christmas dinner and present opening poolside. Appreciated the well equipped kitchen and dolphin sightings!

Didn’t have power in 3 rooms and no communicatio

This house first off looks beautiful but that is where the compliments stop. We checked in Saturday, Sunday we lost power to the living room t.v the main shower all outlets in 3 rooms and the kids room fan/light. We called instantly no answer it was 9pm. 2 days later still no answer and now it’s time to revive the boat, they finally acknowledge the problem but says and I quote it’s “a luxury issue” I don’t know about you but power in major rooms might seem like a luxury but being able to see while showering sounds nice . Skip ahead 2 days after calling and complaining without answer he finally says he sends someone, no one was home so we can’t say what they did if anything cause when we got back still same issue no power and it remained that way till we checked out that Sunday so 7 full days of no power no communication. No back to the house, the lanie is falling apart their is mold where the gutters are clogged and haven’t been cleaned probably sense my 5 year old son was born, I get that it’s a vacation house and their will be issues but the house on major issues haven’t been kept up on and is outdated bad, I will never stay in this house or with these renters again. It was bad enough I waited to receive our deposit for the boat before even writing this because of my “ luxury problem”

Fantastic pool and spacious house

The pool was pristine and the waterside view was beautiful. The house was equipped with everything we needed to call it home for the week including bicycles for morning rides. Can't wait to stay again!
