Gulf Access Dream Home Western Exposure with Pool and Jacuzzi

This vacation home built by BMI with a west facing Pooldeck, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was completed in March 2020. It is located on a canal and impresses with its modern furnishings with clear colors. Each of the 3 bedrooms has a king-size bed and its own bathroom.
Enjoy a delicious barbecue, prepared in the outdoor kitchen, accompanied by the wonderful Florida sunsets.
The modern open kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals and leaves nothing to be desired.
For visiting the beach on site or on the offshore islands, you will find towels, cool boxes, foldable chairs and a parasol in the house.
3 flat screens, a stereo sound system and DVD player complete the comprehensive equipment.

We welcome you with a starter kit: one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, a kitchen roll, a small hand soap in each bathroom, a small disinfectant, dish washing liquid and some dish washing tabs, fresh dishcloths and brushes and enough tea towels.
The rent is valid for an occupancy of up to 4 people. Each additional person will be charged at the displayed price. Children up to 3 years are free.
We charge $0.16 + tax per kilowatt hour for electricity costs. The units are determined on arrival and departure by photo of the electricity meter.
If you are not present at the agreed check-in or check-out time without cancelling, we have to charge $50 for our additional work time.
For insurance reasons we do not rent boats, bikes or kayaks. However, there are numerous rental options. Our on-site team is happy to help.
