Come relax in this 3bedroom, 2 bath home that has been completely renovated. Master bedroom has a large walk-in closet. New heated salt water pool, spa, and sun shelf. Gulf access, 4 kayaks & paddle board available for use. There are 5 bikes and plenty of fishing poles.
Rent a boat & have it delivered to the house to leave there & head directly to Sanibel or Captiva. Manatees & dolphins are often seen right from pool! New kitchen appliances and washer & dryer. This vacation home has a great location in the desirable SE Cape Coral, close to downtown and all the amazing restaurants. Also just a few miles from the Westin & Cape Harbor waterfront restaurants & Yacht Club beach. The kitchen is fully stocked to make your home cooked meals. Enjoy the coffee bar with your coffee by the pool watching the sun rise. Pool area with outdoor kitchen, bar, 65 inch TV, fire pit. This house has everything you need to feel right at home.

Amazing spring break trip

The home was exactly as pictured. The outdoor space was exceptional and the inside of the home was very clean and comfortable! It had everything we needed. We would absolutely stay here again!!

This was our 2nd year staying here. We loved it so much we had to come back, and even stay more nights than last year. This house is just beautiful, and the outside area is fantastic. The pool is the best, it is very clean and nice and warm. The outside area has a tv, ceiling fans, a lot of seating, and the kitchen area outside is excellent. The inside of the house has everything you could need. Every room was decorated beautifully, and everything was very clean. The master bedroom mattress is like sleeping on a cloud. There were many board/card games that were put to good use. We enjoyed that the house is in a quiet neighborhood.We would highly recommend this house and we hope to return and stay again.

Excellent vacation!

This place is a gem! Clean, well stocked with anything you could need while staying here. The pool was nice and loved the lights on it at night. Enjoyed the spa. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. Nice neighborhood. Enjoyed the bikes. Would highly recommend this home!! thanks Rose!!

2025 Family Florida vacation

Had an excellent stay with our family! The home was very welcoming and clean! We loved the pool, lanai with outdoor kitchen with an outdoor TV. The indoor kitchen was great too! Appliances were new and clean. Outside kitchen was clean. It's great to rent a place that's taken care of and ready to use! Thank you so much for allowing out family to enjoy our annual vacation together in Florida!

Book this place! It's AMAZING. The amount of things to do here alone at the house is insane. Rose has it all covered. It's like being at home and not having to worry about a thing! Stocked beyond expectation inside to out. We were a group from 50-5yrs old and everyone had a blast. What a beautiful place. Rose you have a gem here! Thank you for having us this week. Even with the rain we had we still had plenty to do. We will be back. Loved cooking in the kitchen and the back new grill area. Beds were soooo comfy and that couch was a family fav to hang out on. I cannot say enough about this house. And the topping was the pool area. Definitely the best we have ever stayed at!

Best VRBO we have stayed in

The pictures and description of the home and ammenities was spot on. The house inside and out was very clean, neat and asetetically pleasing. It was well stocked with almost anything you can possibly need while you are there. The location was in a quiet neighborhood and close to many stores, gyms, etc. Rose was very responsive when contacted and we would highly recommend this rental! Looking forward to going back!

Could not recommend more!

Rose has created a perfect holiday home! It literally had everything we could have wanted (and more!) and we all (from age 9 to 69) had a fantastic stay! We particularly loved the pool area which entertained us all for hours but the house itself was also fabulous.

Amazing Rental & Hosts

Everything about this property was perfect! From beginning to end our stay was amazing! Quiet neighborhood, easiest check-in and check-out, property super clean, absolutely gorgeous decor, comfy beds (big deal!), outdoor area was over the top (had absolutely everything you could want and more), pool/spa were the perfect temps and enjoyed it all week. The host provided excellent communication and really cared about making our stay perfect!!

Two week getaway

My family and friends stayed here for two weeks. This was such a fantastic property! We had a blast with all the amenities they had. Love the kayak! We were extremely impressed with how well stocked the home was with absolutely everything we needed and at how responsive the hosts were. The pool, hot tub and canal access were awesome! We will definitely stay here again! 5 stars!!

Great Family Vacation

This property is excellent. Very clean. Rose thought of everything. The pool and outdoor living area / kitchen are beautiful. My kids had a blast swimming in the pool everyday and watching cartoons on the tv outside. Will definitely be back sometime.

Awesome Area and House

Loved the outdoor area, the canal is great for kayaking. Seen some wildlife from your back door. School of blue fish feeding and a manatee swam by as well. Everything you’d need for a family vacation came with the house. Nice and new furniture, and bedding. A+ stay!

Second stay

Still one of the best VRBO’s me and my family have stayed at. Clean, comfortable and very welcoming. The house had even more amenities than our stay last summer, with a new outdoor bar, pizza oven and outdoor shower that we used after swimming. Rose really does try to think of everything a guest could possibly need as the house is fully stocked with everything needed for a trip to the beach, kayaking, fishing, biking, grilling, games, even things for pets. Communication with Rose was excellent and she does her very best to handle/solve any issue that may arise. We really enjoyed our second stay at this beautiful home and we are so grateful for time spent making memories with our family, thank you Rose.

Exceptional Home

This house was perfection. There was nothing more you could ask for. It’s even nicer in person than the pictures in the listing. The kitchen had everything you could imagine, more than my own home has. Bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, dining room, all decorated beautifully. The outside area was unbelievable. We spent so much time outside. There is so much seating, ceiling fans, TV, kitchen area, and the pool which was just the best. Beautiful pool !!!! The volleyball/badminton pool net was put to good use. The house is clean and in a nice quiet area. We would definitely return and stay again. Rose and Eric are great!!

Amazing house

We came for a baseball tournament & the house we stayed in last year wasn’t available. I am so glad I lucked up on finding this one. There are so many great things about this house- 1) The pictures don’t do the outside pool/patio area justice. We lived out there & wanted to take it home with us. The pool, hot tub, tv, fire pit & all the cooking accessories was amazing! 2) The kitchen is fully stocked. We cooked almost every night & we have stayed in lots of houses/condos & this one was by far the most stocked in everything. 3) There are lots of towels & extra sheets for the bathrooms & bedrooms. 5) The neighborhood was very quiet & we went walking several times & saw several Burrowing Owls. 6) It’s a short drive to Ft Myers as well as Sanibel Island. There are several grocery stores & shops nearby also. 6) The owner was very easy to communicate with. She sent check in instructions days in advance. There is also a book inside the house they have left detailed instructions for trash, the hot tub, check out & suggestions on places to eat & things to do. 7) The garage is stocked with beach chairs, cooler, yard games, bikes, you name it. These owners have literally thought of everything. Our family did not want to leave & are trying to think of a time we can just go back to visit to stay in this house again. Thank you for an amazing house!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cette superbe maison!Rose a été pleine d'attentions et est facilement joignable.La maison est très confortable, très bien équipée, très bien décorée et très propre.L'emplacement le long du canal est très appréciable, au calme, et l'espace de vie extérieur est très agréable et très bien équipé.La piscine et le jacuzzi sont également un très gros atout.Superbes couchers de soleil.Nous recommandons beaucoup cette maison!

Family vacation

The house was absolutely wonderful. Our son never left the pool area. Everything you need is right here. We were amazed by how clean and well stocked everything was. We really enjoyed the beach supplies and bikes. Thank you for your great hospitality, we will definitely be back.

We have rented many houses in this area and this one was at the top of the list. Super neat and clean and all needed household items were available for our use. Its obvious that a lot of forethought went into the effort to ensure the customer was comfortable. Thank you Rose and we would stay here again!!!

All you want in a vacation home and more!!

This home is exceptional. As a former VRBO host I so appreciated all of the thought that Rose put into her home for renters. The pool and spa were amazing! Outdoor living space has it all. Also liked the fact that all bedrooms have blackout curtains. The kitchen was stocked with anything you would need. Rose was awesome! She went out of her way to help us on a couple of things. Great location to downtown and marinas and restaurants. Our pup loved it too. Highly recommend!!
