†This is a lower level unit. There are long term tenants that live on the main level of the house. They have been on site for 3 years and are extremely friendly, quiet, and respectful. Their space is completely separate (no shared spaces or common areas) and there is a locked door with a sound barrier that splits the units.
†Each bedroom and the office are equipped with wall heaters, and the common area features an electronic fireplace. There is no central thermostat. During the summer months, tower fans are provided in the bedrooms; they oscillate and can be adjusted to help with airflow and temperature regulation. The space stays naturally cooler as it is a daylight basement. A box fan is also available, and in periods of extreme heat, we recommend opening the utility door in the common area near the TV to allow cool air circulation from the HVAC unit.
†Our landscaper will be on site every other week (typically Wednesday) and arrives around 9:00 am.
†This unit has a toaster oven, not a full oven.
†The garage is not for parking.
†There is a recycling receptacle under the kitchen sink for aluminum cans, cardboard, plastic, and glass (separate container). Containers are at the end of the driveway in front of the garage doors (tan for recycling, grey for trash and blue bin for glass).
†Starter kitchen and bathroom essentials are provided, but guests will need to supply disposables and restock items for the duration of their stay.
†Pets allowed with a $75 fee per stay. Max 1 dog under 50 lbs (pre-approval for larger). No cats or aggressive breeds. Keep pets off furniture, clean up after them (waste bags are provided in the gray basket by the front door and should be disposed of in the gray trash container in front of the garage), and crate if left alone.
†Exceeding maximum occupancy is not permitted.
†No third-party bookings (must book under your own account).
†No parties, events, smoking, vaping, marijuana use, or open flames (candles, incense, sage).
†Quiet hours begin at 10:00 pm. Please keep noise to a minimum.
*Thank you in advance for your understanding and compliance with the rules.*
