Comfortable Sleeping Arrangements: Two king bedrooms , One bedroom with two twin over double bunk beds. High-quality bath towels are provided, and beds are made prior to arrival. There is no need to rent or bring your own linens.
Easy Beach Access: Walk or bike to the Rehoboth Beach boardwalk and downtown area. It is just 0.6 miles, about a 13-minute walk. The home includes a beach wagon, and four beach chairs.(Quantity and Quality not guaranteed). After a day in the sand, rinse off in the private outdoor shower.
Well-Equipped Kitchen: Prepare meals with ease using the indoor gas range or the outdoor gas grill for casual dinners at home.
Dog Friendly: Up to two dogs are welcome with a signed pet addendum. A $300 minimum pet fee per dog applies.
Rehoboth Beach Parking Permit Included: A complimentary Rehoboth Beach parking permit is provided. This offers convenient, meter-free parking throughout town and along the boardwalk.
Starter Supplies provided: A starter supply of dishwasher pods, paper towels, and trash bags is provided for your arrival. Guests should plan to bring or purchase additional supplies as needed for the duration of their stay.

Guests pay a $225 cleaning fee for each stay. No Smoking.
The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This is an additional fee that will NOT be included on VRBO.

Final payments are due 30 days prior to your arrival date, and will be automatically charged to your card on file if not paid prior to the due date. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked on VRBO, you will be contacted by a representative from the management company via phone or email and you will be sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed to confirm your reservation.
