Step into a bright, cozy living area designed for relaxation. Unwind on plush seating, stream your favorite shows on the smart TV, or gather around the dining table for meals and board games. The upgraded, fully stocked kitchen features stainless steel appliances and ample storage—perfect for hobby chefs and family cooking nights. After a day of exploring, each comfortable bedroom ensures a peaceful night’s sleep.

Outdoors, the Suwannee River becomes your private backdrop. Enjoy morning coffee on the large screened-in porch, stroll down the path to your private dock, or end your day around the outdoor firepit, roasting marshmallows under the stars. The cottage also includes its own cornhole set for friendly competitions.

Guests have access to a wide array of on-site amenities, including a private boat ramp (shared with two neighboring homes), volleyball and basketball courts, shuffleboard, horseshoes, tetherball, and a swing set. Kayak rentals are available on property for just $25 per day, with paddles and life jackets provided.
