Peaceful property on the historic Suwannee River.

The Suwannee River Manor is located West of Gainesville Florida. Situated on a peaceful 10-acre property surrounded by a beautiful landscape of large canopy trees and on the shores of the historic Suwannee River. The six-bedroom, four-bathroom, 4,000 square foot house sits on a quiet and private landscape and offers plenty of space for your friends and family to stay. Located minutes away from the many natural springs in the area and just 30 minutes to the Gulf.
This is our first STR listing, and we look forward to hosting you!

Property was great with a really well stocked kitchen. The only issue we had was the water pressure. Only one person could shower at a time. I’m sure this is an issue due to current drought. Hosts were great communicators and property had great access to all the outdoor amenities.

The house was perfect for hosting a birthday party. The weather was not great and we were able to spread out in the house and enjoy the day. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable, and the space was pet friendly.

We had our little family reunion here and for the price this place was the best! It's an older home of course so keep that in mind but we loved that about it. Beautiful views, although when we stayed in Nov. 2025 the water level was terribly low, they actually had a burn ban in place which was a bit of a bummer to not be able to use the firepit but we went out and purchased a propane firepit and all was good in the world! Will likely come back again for another reunion.

We had a great time kayaking the local springs. We loved coming home every evening to this spacious home on the Suwannee River. The 6-bedroom house was clean with a well-equipped kitchen, large bedrooms, and comfortable beds. The wraparound porch offers beautiful views for enjoying our morning coffee. Our host quickly answered any questions we had. Our kayaking group would be glad to stay here again.

Our group loved everything about this beautiful riverside property, both inside and out. The location also served as a great base to easily visit a number of springs in the area. We had a wonderful time and look forward to coming back in the future.

We stayed here with a big group and there was plenty of room for everybody. Located on the river, a boat ramp is close by, there are many springs to visit, and not a bad drive to the ocean. We would stay there again

Great family gathering location

This property offers a beautiful view, peaceful atmosphere and plenty of room to spread out. The house was charming, clean and well outfitted for a rental property. I highly recommend relaxing with a coffee on the porch and watching the river go by.

If you’re looking for a big and beautiful house to stay and spend an incredible time with your family, I guarantee you this is the perfect house. Me and my family could not be happier with our stay. Amazing house on Suwannee River

We had a great family getaway at this beautiful house right on the Suwannee river, lots To do in the area, enjoying the springs nearby. Plenty of room for a large group(12). Loved fishing off the dock and keeping warm around the fire pit. Very please with owner communication when we had any questions. Thanks for the stay.

Friendly weekend gateway

The property felt like an old manor, and as we drove through the drive way the house look so much bigger than we asumed.. The kids loved playing on the balconies. And the view is very peaceful and gorgeous.

The property was absolutely stunning. It was a perfect fit for our big family. I would certainly give this property an excellent review. There should be a little bit more seating in the living room area if you have a big family. The house is located on the river so there are many steps steps to get into the house and steps of course to get to the second floor so if you have any issues with hips, feet, etc. be prepared it may take you a little bit longer to get in and out. Overall it was clean, accommodating with a beautiful view. We will definitely be back.

Southern Retreat

From the moment you pull in the driveway you’re transported back to old southern Florida (with all the modern amenities). The house is reminiscent of an old plantation with wrap around porches to sit with your favorite beverage, watch the river & listen to the choir of frogs, insects & birds sing their melodies. All the rooms were large, well appointed & clean. Every guest stated their beds were very comfy too. Our host was excellent with communication & very accommodating to our needs. We stayed here so we could go tubing at Ichetuckney Springs & there are other springs located nearby. I would definitely stay here again!

Our names are Zack and Kindall, and we are the owners of the Suwannee River Manor. We are very excited to have the opportunity to host you and your family at our beautiful house on the historic Suwannee River!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

The property is located 35 minutes West of Gainesville, close to the small town of Bell. The river offers many opportunities for water activities such as fishing, skiing, tubing, kayaking, canoeing. You can bring your boat and cruise the river, access the many springs that feed the river or tie up at the sandbar.

The area is home to many beautiful natural springs such as Rock Bluff Springs, Hart Springs, Manatee Springs, Fanning Springs and many more! The springs offer swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving and you have a good chance of seeing the Manatees that frequent the springs.

The individual that books the home, will be required to sign our rental agreement which will be provided upon booking.
