Guests will have access to the entire cabin and yard.

There is an EV Charger available to use free of charge for guests. It is located on the side of the cabin next to the front deck. Note: you will need an adapter for Tesla.
There is parking available for 4 vehicles. The driveway has space for 2 vehicles and there is additional space in front of the cabin beside the road for another 2 vehicles.
Check-in instructions, address, Wi-Fi password and Wi-Fi smart lock code (to enter the front door) will be sent three days prior to your arrival.
Check out instructions will be sent to you the night before your departure.
We will not be available in person and prefer to communicate through the app.
This cabin is located in Ashford WA in the Paradise Estates neighborhood. It is located right next door to the community park, playground, and small lake.
This cabin is on Mountain View Drive North.
The roads to the cabin are paved. There is space in the driveway for two vehicles, and another 2-3 vehicles can park in the gravel in front of the cabin.
The speed limit is 25mph in the neighborhood.
🐶 We are dog friendly! Maximum 1 dog allowed. Dog must be under 50 lbs. Please include a pet in your reservation so the fee will automatically be charged. Please see house rules for more details.
Periodic power and internet outages do occur in this area. This cabin is equipped with a 24kW Generac whole-home generator which will automatically turn on in the event of a power outage. There are flashlights plugged into the wall outlets throughout the cabin and an emergency radio in the closet next to the bathroom. We do not provide refunds for outages that are outside of our control.
Cell phone service is spotty although Verizon seems to work well. Please enable Wi-Fi calling to achieve the best calling option.
We recommend purchasing supplies prior to your arrival, as the nearest grocery store in Ashford has only the basic supplies, beer and wine. There are a few restaurants, an art gallery, and a gas station in town.
We don`t provide firewood. Firewood can be purchased at several places in Ashford. PLEASE NOTE: it is the guest’s responsibility to check if fires are allowed during their stay. In the event of a burn ban, you will still be able to use the propane fire table on the back deck.
