Welcome to Hoadley Home, a newly furnished, freshly remodeled, and comfortable retreat designed for groups who want to relax, play, and enjoy Birmingham together. Come check us out - we've been newly renovated as of January 2026! Whether you’re here for a big game, a concert, a food-focused weekend, or a work trip with downtime built in, this home delivers space, comfort, and entertainment.
The home offers four beds across three bedrooms, including two queen rooms and a third bedroom with two twin beds. Each space is bright, thoughtfully styled, and equipped with TVs for easy nights in. The bathroom has been completely remodeled with clean, modern finishes and a fresh, upscale feel.
Inside, enjoy a spacious living area with fast WiFi, smart TVs throughout, a ping pong table, and a great selection of board games. It’s the perfect setup for game nights, pre-game hangouts, or unwinding after a day out.
The fully equipped kitchen makes hosting easy, with stainless appliances and everything you need to cook, snack, or fuel up before heading out. The indoor dining area flows seamlessly into the living space, keeping everyone connected.
Step outside to one of the home’s best features: a private, fenced backyard built for entertaining. Enjoy covered outdoor dining, an outdoor TV, a high-quality grill, cornhole, and a fire pit with comfortable seating. Whether you’re grilling before kickoff or winding down after a night out, this space sets the tone.
Parking is simple with a long private driveway plus street parking. Additional amenities include self check-in, central heating and air, washer and dryer, dedicated workspace, and a Pack ’n Play if needed. Dogs are welcome upon request with an additional pet fee.
Located close to top dining, shopping, stadiums, and downtown Birmingham, Hoadley Home offers quick access to UAB, St. Vincent’s Hospital, the BJCC, Legacy Arena, Protective Stadium, Mountain Brook, and more.
