Hi — I'm Beata. I personally manage River Retreat and every reservation. Small things are automated so you get answers quickly, but anything that needs judgment or a decision comes directly to me. You won't be handed off to someone who doesn't know the house or have the authority to help. Hospitality matters deeply to me, and I'm always accessible when you genuinely need me.
