- Upstairs (The Grand Mountain Suite): The entire upper floor is dedicated to a massive, lodge-style bedroom. It beautifully features two comfortable queen beds alongside a classic full-over-full bunk bed setup. It is uniquely versatile — offering a spacious, cozy layout that can serve as a romantic, open-concept escape for couples who love extra space, or a warm, connected sleeping area for families.

This includes the beautifully manicured play fields down by the creek-side, where you can relax by a historic scenic waterwheel, enjoy meals at the picnic table, or gather around a luxury, custom stone firepit (topped with a beautiful cedar wood cover).

HOUSE RULES AND SEPTIC CARE
- Max 6 guests total.
- The nightly rate covers up to 4 guests. Each extra guest (5th or 6th) adds $60 per person per night to help with utilities, premium linens, and septic usage.
- Important Septic Care: Our mountain property relies on a sensitive septic system. Please help us protect it by flushing ONLY toilet paper (absolutely no wet wipes, feminine products, or grease down the drains).
- Hot Tub Etiquette: To keep our premium salt water system sparkling clean and perfectly balanced, please take a quick shower to rinse off lotions and body oils before entering.
